The facility was very easy to find and it’s right off the freeway, but the great thing is you can’t even hear the cars on the freeway. The staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is very clean.

We did put a “do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door when we left for the day and when we got back the sign was gone from the door and housekeeping did go into our room anyway. We did notify the front desk of this and hopefully the situation will be fixed for future customers. No point of having a “do not disturb” sign on the outside of door if the staff will ignore it.

Interior design, breakfast buffet offering, balcony and staff accommodated our request for a room farther from the elevator.

This is the first hotel I encounter with Breakfast buffet hours until 9 am. Especially for leisure travelers and on a weekend this is too early. 10 am, one hour before checkout is customary. In addition at 8:40 it took 20min time to refill the pancake machine, but yet by that time eggs were out, breakfast time was not extended. You cannot say “we didn’t know so many people would come right before 9 am and then not refill. That tends to happen when the hours are too early for people. If breakfast is advertised and offered then the customer is paying for it and should expect all available options even if they show up 10 min before the end.

Staff was very nice. Welcoming. Gave us a great dinner recommendation. The hotel was full but it was very quiet. We didn't hear much noise but we were on the 4th floor.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded and by 8:30 all there was left were sausage. That was disappointing. I'm diabetic and picked this hotel mostly because of breakfast and location. The coffee was good.

Close from the main event

We weren’t able to sleep , the people next door from us was very loud and we had to call the front desk the lady went and told them to keep it down but that was the only bad thing my kids weren’t able to sleep good and from us was lil rough we needed to be up by 7 am , we like to book every team here with you guys due to yearly event my son and daughter attend ( cadet corps ) . Other than that I love to stay at this hotel this is the one time our stay wasn’t 100 percent pleasant.

We unfortunately got there later than planned so we couldn't explore the nearby area. The outside was well kept up and welcoming. It was also right off the freeway which was convenient. The inside was clean and comfortable. It was more expensive than other similar hotels on our trip but that was probably because of location. It was central and easy to get to. The breakfast was very simple with no hot food so we ended up getting something on the road. Overall, it was a good experience but I would have liked to have taken advantage of the facilities more.

It was expensive for what it was. I think the central location and proximity to Cal Poly are definitely reasons for the higher price. It's also San Louis Obispo which is a beautiful place to visit.

The young man who checked us in at night when we arrived was really welcoming and very friendly. He turned the breakfast water dispenser on for my daughter so she could fill her water bottle up after we checked in. Free parking was great!

The room was a bit run down but fine. The day staff was not as friendly or accommodating. I was in line for the pancakes and it ran out while I was waiting and when I asked them to refill it they said breakfast was now over. I had been waiting before breakfast ended, but they refused. The front office staff during the day wasn't nearly as friendly and didn't seem to want to go out of their way for the guests.

The customer service is excellent here. Martha checked me and she is very helpful and professional. The employees understand how important it is to treat the guests respectfully and make them feel welcome. The facilities are clean and spacious, and plenty of FREE parking. Breakfast is included with your stay. You won't feel nickel and dimed. Upon first glance, it may seem like the location is less than desirable; however, we've stayed here on more than one occasion, and it's quiet, clean, and great for a nice place for a short stay.

OMG your breakfast was amazing! All fresh food and replenished promptly. The woman who ran that was so kind, helpful and kept the place in tip top shape! The front desk was the most impressive. I forgot his name but he works the morning/afternoon shift. Not only was he always in a bubbly mood, he got stuff done. I was waiting for my family to get me and fire fighters came in and he was just great with them.

the room was quiet and comfortable. the breakfast was amazing -- not just as a hotel breakfast but the offerings, quality and value made it feel like a real actual breakfast! beyond continental! and the coffee quality is GOOD. locally roasted and delicious! All staff working at the desk were super friendly and helpful and the service workers were friendly and it felt like the overall mood was good!

I wish we could have stayed longer so we could have had more time in SLO and time to go to the hot tub!
