Close to winter park. Includes hot breakfast buffet. Happy hour every day 5:30 to 7:00pm 2 free drinks per person in room. Very friendly employees. The housekeeping, cleaning crew, front desk, everyone greets you and make you feel at home.

My room was not ready by checking time 4pm but they upgraded me to a better room with better view for the inconveniences. The breakfast buffet was not very organized. They ran out of plates, napkins, cups and some food too soon and took a little more than 10mins to bring stuff while people in line waiting. Next day, they seem to be more prepared. There were more plates and plenty of food.

Remodeled in the last year, everything was refreshed and looking good. The common spaces for breakfast and complementary happy hour were well laid out, more comfortable and better able to handle large numbers of guests.

Only complaint was the noise from kids lasting later than I’m used to, after 11pm. This only happened one of the 6 nights of our stay. I consider it more the fault of the parents and not hotel management.

Very beautiful,kid friendly environment, convenient to everything important(gas station,mall,food ext..)has a beautiful place to take a stroll for a special night or with the family staff was excellent complimentary food and drinks was top-tier and not just cereal or something thrown together It was a hot cooked meal made to order EVERYTHING was just amazing I could go on an on! My family and myself will definitely be back!

NOTHING AT ALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT

Ease of access. Center of activities.

We arrived early (330 am) and parking in the loading zone and walked in. We had telephoned a couple weeks before and asked if we did arrive early if we cud come in and rest, use restrooms, etc. we had been told absolutely. So, when we entered the facility, the lady at the desk IMMEDIATELY met us with “you cant park there”. No “welcome” or “may i assist”!!! We were speechless. I tried to explain to her that we had arrived early etc. she did not care. We told her we would leave and asked if we cud at least use restroom. We did use the restroom without her affirmation. Each and every other person at desk all week were absolutely helpful!!!

The room was very spacious . They allowed me an early check-in when me and my family just got in from our cruise . We were super tired! Restaurant onsite . Free complimentary drinks from 5:30-7:30 ! And free breakfast with an entire food bar. Lots of great choices and my favorite was the omelette line. The omelette was amazing! It was just great! Definitely would stay here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was that it was a lot of construction going on. But once they get everything together it will be perfect .

It’s a nice property near many places to eat and shop. The customer service was excellent. Great staff, very nice and helpful.

There wasn’t a blow dryer in the room and our coffee pot was dirty with old coffee. The beds were small and we weren’t expecting that. Thank goodness for the sofa bed. The top layer of the bathtub was peeling off. The hot tub was dirty you can see black dirt on top of the bubbles and way too much chlorine in the hot tub..it burns your throat and eyes just going in the room.

My stay was peaceful, and my wife loved the ambiance. It was very clean and conveniently located to go shopping. I would recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North.

We drive an EV (electric vehicle), and it would be very convenient to have on-site EV charging. The charging stations are located near the Embassy Suites, but it's time that could be spent sightseeing if charging stations were on site.

Beautiful property in lovely location overlooking the lake. It has been refurbished since our last stay quite a few years ago and I think it’s better than before. Great breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to order. So pleased that you still do the Evening reception, so great to sit and have a drink and snacks in the evening, very enjoyable Beautiful room, very spacious and spotless clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was wonderful compared to the hotel the night before that we were forced to leave and find a nice place with a good bed. This hotel We highly recommend...everything about it is nice, including an especially the area by the Lake is absolutely beautiful and walking. It is just a nice added touch for romantic evening. Beds are comfortable everything is spotless and they're body products are outstanding

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. It's just that it was a little loud at night time. So it made resting slightly difficult for my husband people were enjoying themselves though, so it was not that bad.

The courtyard is so lovely. The breakfast is so yummy. The staff are all delightful and just genuinely happy; It was contagious....made my stay extra nice

It took me a bit to figure out how to use the handheld shower in the rollaway/handicap room. Just wish there were instructions on what lever to pull. Other than that, the room was awesome.
