The free breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices especially for picky eaters. Location was great!

The floor could have been a little cleaner. My daughters feet were fairly dirty after being barefoot in the room. The fitness center could have had a few more machines but for the space it was fine.

Great Staff, Clean Facilities, Comfortable Bed (not the normal hotel room bed, pillow top mattress, sleeps great.) Customer service is the best around going above and beyond to meet your needs.

My business hours were third shift. Makes normal check-in and out times difficult for my situation. The staff and General Manager accommodated when possible ensuring my business in the future.

Floors could be cleaner.walking around my feet were dirty.. Hot tub made a huge noise while it was on & no towels in sight after we got out . Other than these 2 things room was wonderful.

The juice machine in breakfast area. I think the lines need cleaned out. The coffee in the room was good. But, the coffee in breakfast area. Well, it's very, very strong.

I reallh liked the breakfast options they provided you don't leave the place hungry and for the price of the room i thought i got a decent value

The carpet on the swimming pool area rooms could be replaced.. but room was very clean and facilities were good

Clean, courteous staff, good value.

Single interconnecting door between units provided no sound-proofing. We could hear everything from next door. Short model toilet was so close to the floor one family member couldn't get up!

Brian went above and beyond to make my stay more pleasurable. I would highly recommend Quality Inn and would definately stay there again.

They gave me a later check out because I had arrived at about 5am. It was a great deal and the hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and the balcony was a great touch. All in all a really great experience and ill definitely be staying again when I come back to Bloomington

Clean, good location & fantastic staff!

Our curtains wouldn’t close & our window faced a street light so we had to gerryrig the heavy curtain closed with a chip clip & our shoes

The staff was friendly, kind and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles/pancakes, juices and coffee, etc. The swimming pool and whirlpool was relaxing for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bed linens and towels, etc were clean with complimentary shampoo, etc. The grandkids hope we can stay again.

The room needed febreeze and airing out. The carpet may need cleaning. Still a pleasant stay.
