Yes, there were plenty of towels in the rooms, and the poolside loved the clean room. I loved the view by the river. The bed we're so comfortable, so close to the zoo and right off the freeway. Easiest check in slept so good I missed the free breakfast during our stay. But know where to stay next time our visit.

The pool need alot more chlorine my son said it smell like pee before going in the pool. Still smelled while swimming got out smelling like pee also hahaha. The hot tub was perfect until the bubbles stopped and seen all the dead skin cells hair and toe nails floating around. I don't even want to know what the white egg like yoke substance was I hopped out Immediately. Just bad timing I guess I'm pretty they clean both. Because someone was there checking the Chlorine levels. But I'm pretty sure alot of other pools and hot tubs are similar

Very nice hotel. Loved the view & sitting out back by the water. Breakfast buffet was good. Loved the amenities in the room such as dove shampoo, bodywash, etc.

Shower was a little difficult to turn on but not a big deal. The shower itself was nice. No toilet paper holder. Toilet was hard to flush. Nothing major though. Pool was smaller then I pictured but we all had fun in it so can't complain.

Breakfast was okay, the dining area definitely was not big enough for the amount of people that were staying. We almost didn’t have a place to sit down and actually eat. There were so many people with such little seating we almost felt rushed to eat so other people could sit.

Overall cleanliness could have been better, I feel like walking through the lobby/hallways/in the elevator, there was always something on the floor.

The property was wonderful. Cynthia at the front desk was awesome. I spoke to her on the phone and was able to meet her when we arrived. She was so friendly and was able to meet our needs. We requested a cot for my granddaughter and extra towels. They were brought up to our room right away. This hotel has everything from a great breakfast which included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and fruit. Literally, something for everyone. It has a shuttle, Indoor pool, rooms were clean and the adjoining room was awesome for my family. Great views along the river. The location is amazing. We were able to get to the zoo quickly. (i think it was 6 minutes away) There are great restaurants nearby. We ate at Quaker Steak and Lube. Our kids loved it.

The hot tub was broken and we were told that it had been broken for awhile. The parking is really not good. (Not sure there is anything that could be done about that though) With having 3 hotels and a casino there, you had to park far away for the entrance of the hotel.

Breakfast was good! The view while eating was perfect. The rooms are clean, big with tall ceilings, and comfy. 9/10 will be staying here again.

Hot tub was a little disappointing. My mother's rooms shower kept leaking outside the bathroom, sometimes even into the hall, whenever she showered.

The room was clean and comfy . Housekeeping was excellent. Good location to the zoo, which was what we wanted .

On arrival we asked about the laundry facilities. The machines only took quarters . The front desk didn't have any and the manager had already gone home by 5pm. The front desk told us to get change from the casino or the hotel next door and assured us they would have quarters . Well, the casino doesn't deal in quarters or the hotel next door. The front desk staff could not have cared less . Munching on crisps , lapse attitude . Very disappointed. the following day an older lady was on the front desk and she was excellent. The younger staff need better training !

Nice spacious room and good view. Felt like we could keep windows open because there was nothing but river looking back. Clean and quiet was very nice for a good night's rest.

We were on a whole different floor from our other group members which was not close as requested. Breakfast was fine but could've been better.

We liked that it was right on the river and the pool opened up to outside. My family also enjoyed the hot breakfast.

However, when requesting a blanket and pillow for the pull out sofa sleeper, we were told somebody would be up to our room with the items shortly. No one ever came! Room would have been worth the price if it had been facing the river, but the pool to outside made up for it.

The location was very close to all activities we planned to visit and access to the highway system was very easy. The continental breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Room service consistently did not supply us with the correct number of wash cloths to meet the number occupants for the room. We needed three, but she/he supplied only two upon cleaning the room. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Breakfast was good, huge selection. Staff was helpful and kind.

The beds weren’t comfy, they were pretty firm, but I’m not a firm mattress type of person. To be honest, that wasn’t a make or break.
