Lots of running above us late for 3 of 10 nights that we stayed. We didn’t complain to staff, but it sure got annoying. No elevator for a couple of days and being on the 3rd floor was difficult. Thankfully it worked on the morning of checkout considering we had luggage for 10 day stay, cooler, Christmas gifts etc.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during check-in and went above and beyond and took great care. They were very professional and asked several times if I needed anything or had any questions. Location was just off I-70 and very convenient. Add in several restaurants were within 2-5 minute walk and you have an all-around terrific experience.

I liked all the amenities; however, I noticed that the bottom of the shower doors had rusty looking stuff; there was a cracked tile in the shower, the carpet did not appear to have been vaccumed. That said, the woman behind the front desk on Friday afternoon, happily printed out my notes for me that I was using for my Dad's memorial service, the General Manager immediately made the carpet right at my request - I rather hated to leave - will definitely book there again! Other than a couple of relatively small items, it was pretty great!

I loved how spacious the room was, and that it had a mini kitchen. The room was outstanding and the bathroom was great. The bedroom area had a ceiling fan, and the ac unit worked awesome. Stayed nice and cool in the room.

When my friend and I wanted to sit in the hot tub, the temperature was lukewarm. The jets worked in the tub, but it was not hot. That was mostly the only thing we did not like.

I really enjoyed all the different area my family and I could sit and hang out at outside of our room. And the location was perfect. Close to everything for shopping and food! The room was spacious enough for my large family at a responsible nightly rate.

I didn't like that there was an extra $30/day chargered to my card upon check in. Yes, it will be returned because I didn't use any of the services to deduct from that fund, but I was not aware of that fee when booking.

I loved the full kitchen and it exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we're full of people. There should be a time limit enforced in the hot tub so the same crowd of people don't hog it all night. The pool table and air hockey was good. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good. One question, why is the nightly reception only on Wednesday?

It was good. I plan to return.

Loved the 2 room suite. Perfect for the 4 of us and a dog to spread out after driving all day. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quiet area.

Hallways were super warm. If you pull a trailer be ready for the neighbor hotel worker to complain about using parking spots in the very back of hotel parking lot for trailers. Can be tight if lot is full and this guy is on watch.

Some linens were not clean but were replaced. Kids were on the floor above us and were up late and jumping around the room. We turned on the tv to eliminate the noise.

Terrific location to I-70. Restaurants and coffee were very close by as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

When inspecting the bed, sheets were stained :/ but, staff was quick to get us new sheets!
