It’s always nice I love the hotel and the staff is always friendly professional and very helpful

The only things I didn’t like was my room cold asf when we got there and my boyfriend got bitten by a spider the second day we stayed the room we stayed in seem like it haven’t been used in a while and yall should check those rooms for spiders and other thing before u rent them out!!!

I liked the staff, very friendly and professional, was there to assist right away, was very acuminating, even helped out with a late checkout even though I was not a Clarion member.

Wifi was not good, I had to use my phone to get faster servicer. I also was under the impression based off my requirements thru Booking there were continental breakfast but all that was provided was coffee. Was not happy about that. A few things were not opened to the guess

Pros: free breakfast is good, room is decent, mini fridge & microwave, late checkout at 12! & listened to music all night on a speaker without any complaints of it being too noisy or disturbing others. Great price! Close to arundel mills mall. Cons: balcony is so small but it’s nice option if you want to feel outside, I like that it had it & it overlooked the pool. Cons:

Couldn’t find a vending machine with snacks or soda.

The view of the place. The peaceful mornings. The amazing breakfast. How friendly everyone was. They had church in the hotel. CHURCH!!! The coffee was awesome! The smell was fresh. And overall MY ROOM WAS PERFECT!!!

It is a little old fashioned and aged but clean and everything I needed.very homely.

I had to search for an outlet to plug-in to charge my phone, and the only USB port in the room was on the TV. also, I was told there would be no deposit and when I got there I had to pay a $50 deposit on my card and was not able to use cash.

The staff (front desk, housekeeping) was both polite and professional. Carlie was instrumental in securing a few extra chairs for my Mom's siblings who surprised her w/visit Saturday to wish her a belated Happy 79th Birthday. All are seniors so Carlie's efforts were greatly appreciated! Also, Mom was pleasantly surprised to find the toilet riser already attached and shower grab bars positioned such that she could balance and bathe herself (despite not having a walk-in shower).

I wish there was an ice machine on each floor. Also, I appreciated the grab & go breakfast however you may want to consider a different frozen breakfast item. The sausage egg and cheese biscuits are great idea and tasted alright. Both my mother and myself found a hard area on our biscuits iafter full microwave time. Thankfully the section wasn't wasn't frozen, just tough to bite. Last item is unusual but still need to mention...we could hear constant loud whining (which I initially thought was a cat's complaining meow) and vomiting sounds from the next room. It was an alarming and then annoying sound, especially when trying to sleep or watch television.
