Very modern, clean, theater-themed hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the corner of the intersection by the Wang Theater in Boston. View of the City is very good, as well as the roof deck lounge.

The only thing that I didn't account for was the location & traffic noise, it is at a busy intersection in the Theater District & just up the street from Tufts Medical Center & Children's Hospital, ambulance & police siren activity. However, they do supply you with earplugs & a white noise machine in your room.

The location was good. Everything was in walking distance or a short uber away. the rooms were practical in terms of layout. The staff was nice. The wifi worked well. Hotel and rooms were very clean.

it was quite loud at night. I now understand why they give you earplugs when you check in. I also was very disappointed with their method of not having a safe in the room. Your safe is located at the front desk in which you would get a key so that you can access it. It is open access for 24 hours, although I do think a safe should be in the privacy of your own room. The hotel was a very young and vibrant crowd so if you’re looking for a good time, this is a good stay for you however, if you want something more relaxing, this may not be the best option. The hotel did not have basic necessities when they were requested to get brought up to the room… Such as Q-tips or cotton pads, or typical things, that other hotels may carry, we had to go to Walgreens and get these items

I loved the location, everything was within walking distance. The rooms were perfect for what we were there for, and the view from our room was great. The staff was so kind, the art fit the theme of the theater district. It smelled good from the moment you walked in. There were tons of restaurants and stores around us, Uber/Lyft was easy to be picked up and dropped off. China town was 2 blocks over.

I booked through booking and it’s not the hotels fault but they had just switched systems. I had already paid online, so they were trying to charge me again. But a simple email and confirmation receipt and they credited our account and we were on our way! Very easy fix, it’s just a new system. (:

The vibes were fun and friendly and welcoming. The staff were extremely accommodating, making us feel VIP. We especially appreciated Jay, who was working the desk every day of our stay. She got to recognizing us and would be quick to help with our needs! The bar area was a nice place to hang out, there were many comfy chairs and tables where some people were working remotely. Food options were satisfying, and you are given food and drink vouchers up on check in.

Friday and Saturday nights, there's a night club across the street that attracts a lot of noise, so just be prepared to wear ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. But it's nothing to do with the Moxy.

Loved the decor of the bedrooms, especially the shower room, everything about it. Great location in Boston, walking distance to all major amenities, Chinatown, Bus Depot, Theatres, Restaurants, local train service, The Boston Common, Hanover Street, Harbour, to name but a few.

Wasn't mad about the cafe/restaurant/bar layout, just found it too open plan . Also, being served your food in takeaway cardboard containers didn't quite float my boat, though the food was good quality.

Good location, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We got vouchers during or stay to use in the bar area for food or drinks which was a bonus. The gym is not big but enough to do the basics while you are travelling.

The street noise was a bit loud at times considering we were on the 14th floor however the hotel did prewarn us before we arrived that it is situated in a busier location near theatres. I would stay again but something to be aware of if you are looking for some where quieter.

This is a very modern, city-life hotel aimed at tourism. The visual touches in the rooms and around the property and friendly signs were great. They provide earplugs and white noise machines, which saved my stay.

It's an interesting approach to charge $25 per day resort fee and return that to you in a voucher to use on site for food. The flexibility of when/how to use it was nice, but we did feel a bit like a captive audience. Also, the noise from the streets and sirens was a little challenging, but I was shocked by the fact I could hear EVERY WORD from the room next door when people were speaking at just a normal volume. Yikes!

The hot chocolate by checking was cute, as was the style. Loved the free breakfast donuts. The room was enough for a one night stay and I appreciated the noise maker to drown out the honking. For the cost of staying in Boston and the location, it was perfect!

I was surprised by the mandatory $25 charge that I don't remember seeing when I booked, which they offset with a $25 food credit. It also came with a free rooftop bar drink ticket but there was no one else there and it's just a server stuffed in the corner with a table. The drink was good but not sure I'd call it a rooftop bar. Cute couches though.

I liked that I was given vouchers to use at Bar Moxy and the location overall was walking distances from most places.

Only thing I did not like, other than the expensive price, was that I was given a room for a disabled person when I’m not disabled or in a wheelchair.

Great location for Boston exploration. It is located on the busy street but our room was high up and we didnt have any problem with sound pollution. Staff is amazing, helpful and kind. It was easy to solve any question or problem we had. I was staying at several Moxy hotels around the world and this one is one of the most pleasant ones. At the arrival, we got 5 meal vouchers for 35usd. Meal selection at the hotel bar is very limited, but it was enough to grab some snacks until we reached some of the restaurants.

Meal selection is very basic and is based on US snack culture with bagged chips served as a side dish.
