My room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Appreciated the fitness center. Easy access to I-81. The hot breakfast was very appreciated.

The location is NOT Christiansburg, it's Radford. Maybe not technically on a map, but for all practical purposes it is Radford. So the name is very misleading. The place is a little worn around the edges but pretty well maintained overall.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my purposes and the breakfast was excellent as far as quantity and quality of food.

The alarm function on my room's clock radio did not work and the compact refrigerator was a little noisy while trying to sleep so I just turned it off.

I love the location. I’ve stayed at most of the hotels along Tyler Road, and there are only two I’ll continue to stay at when we go to Radford. This is one of the two I’ll continue to stay at.

I saw long dark hairs in the bathroom (mine is short and light and my husbands is short and dark). Hoping these hairs on the tub and floor belong to the cleaning lady and not the guest before me! Next complaint is about the pool. It’s closed. Because of covid. I feel this is an excuse because the hotel across the street has theirs open and I’ve been to other hotels in 2022 that have their indoor pools open.

The breakfast was really good and the staff was super nice to my 13 month old daughter....I usually judge a place on how they treat my kids if they are with me...

The location wasn't that great but I booked this room to just get some extra sleep on the way home.....and it was deff a very relaxing stop

the first room I was assigned had a horrible odor. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new one that didn't smell. However, someone else's supper was in the microwave.

Back door is messed up and confuses a lot of people. No ashtrays for smokers so they don’t litter.

I came from Maryland for my Aunt's funeral. It was the perfect location, right off the highway. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was decent. Due to Covid, some items weren't available but it was still OK. Coffee was hot and fresh and I loved the juice selection at breakfast. The pool was closed but that was due to Covid, so it's fine. We have a family reunion coming up in June and I will check this hotel again at that time.

Wish you had smoking room inside. Also more hand soap.

booked this property so our daughter could swim after her volleyball tournament and the pool was closed. No mention of this at booking. probably would have stayed somewhere else if this had been disclosed. no offer of a discount because of this.

The staff is amazing !!!! The whole staff from the conceirge to the cleaning staff went out of their way to make us comfortable !!! Upon checking in when we got in our room there was an issue and we were immediately moved to another room.We were on the second flloor and the cleaning lady was attentive to our needs and very helpful to us !!!! We definetly enjoyed our stay !!!! Thank you !!!
