I had booked a junior suite with balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. To protect the other guest,no smoking was allowed in the hotel. However, the balcony was available. Staff were extremely welcoming and all had warm heart smiles from the heart. All staff were able to communicate in english which made the check in process super seamless. The hotel had a restaurant on its own which provides daily breakfast buffet. Swiming pool was fill with seawater with added on very much for extra relaxation. Sauna and gym was also available. They even had a play room and a kids room which i find extraordinary great. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my trip. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

There is only 4 lifts available for the entire hotel. And some lift was stopped for maintainance. I can understand this as there is some upgrading within the hotel to bring new experience for future guest. It is a short walk from the hotel to the main road but there is free shuttle tuktuk service until 11pm at night. The walk out is about 10mins with interestings shops along the way. It is very safe as the security is there 24/7.

The only little issue we experienced was the elevators were very hot inside them. There were also a few broken wooden boards on the balcony floor. But they did post in the elevators that they were going to start renovations. When I stay in Bangkok I stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it and look forward to seeing the hotel after the renovations. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always great service and the hotel breakfast is very good.

I love this hotel, we stayed there last year, and 3 times during our holiday this year. We are a family of 4 adults, and stayed in a family room. The room is like an apartment, with complete kitchen and a washing machine/dryer, which was an excellent touch. We had 2 balconies, one quite large. We had dinner at the hotel, it was lovely. The food was good and the service too. There is a tuk-tuk that goes to and fro between the hotel and nearest BTS station all day, until late at night. The pool is clean, and large. There is a large gym, and also a sauna. We did not use the sauna, as it was being renovated. The small superette inside the hotel is great, open until 10 pm, and has all essentials, plus the ATM inside comes in very handy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Pattaya, and they organised a taxi for us. We also left all our luggage there, while we visited Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Wifi is excellent, check in a breeze

Breakfast is good with a lot of choice, fruits always the best! Room is clean and there are washing & dry machine (90thb each) is really helped as we stay for a week. My son love the tuk tuk Shuttle bus. This is good for family stay.

All were good. I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with everything. The construction was somewhat frustrating because they usually worked past 5 PM.

My husband and I stayed for four nights and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick and easy (at 1AM!). A 1000 baht deposit was required, but they say it's refunded in 2 weeks.. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I ever seen in terms of variety, quality and service. Everything was fresh and well-stocked each morning. And not the same options everyday. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk shuttle to the main road every five minutes, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Several 7-Elevens nearby, massage places, night market with plenty delicious street food, etc Facilities and room were clean and perfectly maintained. Bathroom was modern, large shower area with seating area. There are some great amenities, even though we wanted to explore the city and only ended up using the laundry room.

Air conditioning was louder than expected; I had some earplugs in my bag, which helped. Also, we had booked a “Deluxe Greenery” room expecting some kind of garden view, but instead, we were looking straight at a wall, with only a partial view of greenery from the building next door. I'd suggest earplugs to be provided and the room photos and description online could be improved too.

Staff’s explanation during the check in. I reserved a room with pool view in the new wing. The checkin staff told me that I was “upgraded “ to a big room. However, she just treated me! She gave me a bigger room but it was in the old wing. The decor and everything inside were very old. The wardrobes were smelly. The lightings were dim and dark. I immediately went down to the reception and she changed it back to me a room in the new wing. This gave me a feeling of dishonest!

Hotel overall - Great. We have stayed here many times over the years. That being said it has been several years since we we last stayed. The reservations are good, ongoing but good. I must say I preferred the suites we stayed previously with ability to cook and washing facilities in room. Most of the restaurant food wasn't great apart from the beef wrap and chicken wings. My wife who is Thai was bitterly disappointed each time we tried the menue. We know you can't please everyone and most restaurants cater to the foreign guests. The complimentary tuk tuk was great. The slow lifts are an issue.

1. The breakfast spread, quality and variety of options were very good. 2. The hotel's location was very good - very close to the main Sukhumvit Road, the Skywalk, Soi 11, the metro stations and Benjakitti Park. 3. The frequent free shuttle service from the hotel to the main road was very useful and convenient. 4. All the hotel staff, whether Housekeeping, Reception, Restaurant, Concierge, as well as the Shuttle service drivers - everyone was very accommodation and helpful.

For a city like Bangkok, the free Shuttle service timings could be extended to 11-11:30 PM. 2. The pantry / kitchenette in the rooms could be better equipped.

Nice and big beautiful rooms like small apartment. Sukhomvit soi 10, with is near skytrain and toktok service from hotel to the end of the street was amazing.

The worst is event the rooms looks new and fresh, the smell of black mold and urin smell in our room wast absolute diaster. We asked for help but the smell were gone only when the aircondition was on. But when its of and warm in the room the stank of mold and urin are back. Thw smell was in our cloths aswell. Booked suite room wish was 40 diacount at the point, but it still lots of money. If ful prize, absolutly not worth the money becouse if they do not solv the smell in the rooms. At the end we gave up and leaves the aircondiation on as much as we can all time.
