The only little issue we experienced was the elevators were very hot inside them. There were also a few broken wooden boards on the balcony floor. But they did post in the elevators that they were going to start renovations. When I stay in Bangkok I stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it and look forward to seeing the hotel after the renovations. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always great service and the hotel breakfast is very good.

I love this hotel, we stayed there last year, and 3 times during our holiday this year. We are a family of 4 adults, and stayed in a family room. The room is like an apartment, with complete kitchen and a washing machine/dryer, which was an excellent touch. We had 2 balconies, one quite large. We had dinner at the hotel, it was lovely. The food was good and the service too. There is a tuk-tuk that goes to and fro between the hotel and nearest BTS station all day, until late at night. The pool is clean, and large. There is a large gym, and also a sauna. We did not use the sauna, as it was being renovated. The small superette inside the hotel is great, open until 10 pm, and has all essentials, plus the ATM inside comes in very handy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Pattaya, and they organised a taxi for us. We also left all our luggage there, while we visited Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Wifi is excellent, check in a breeze

Nothing, everything was perfect

All were good. I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with everything. The construction was somewhat frustrating because they usually worked past 5 PM.

Staff’s explanation during the check in. I reserved a room with pool view in the new wing. The checkin staff told me that I was “upgraded “ to a big room. However, she just treated me! She gave me a bigger room but it was in the old wing. The decor and everything inside were very old. The wardrobes were smelly. The lightings were dim and dark. I immediately went down to the reception and she changed it back to me a room in the new wing. This gave me a feeling of dishonest!

Seriously, I saw a couple of reviews and a warning about Kwong Toei - there are slums there - about 1.5 miles away, and I was a bit nervous..... ABSOLUTELY no need to be - security everywhere, the staff are fantastic and it has everything you need, it it quiet and away from the main road, very near to Terminal 21, BTS and the MTS and bus routes - a great place to stay, you can pick the crazy life or quiet life in a few metres - you're probably safer here than anywhere. It's about 500m from the main road, 800m from T21, and lots to choose from in-between. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, so much so, I've taken a picture of it (Sealy Posturepedic) and will be buying one when I get back to the UK!!! No cockroaches, which is actually a small miracle when you see Bangkok. It's Bangkok!!!! You need somewhere safe, clean, near all the transport links, with a gym, south west facing pool, and great staff that gives YOU the choice of what your Bangkok experience should be - our was great, thanks to Jasmine and the staff. Seriously I had no idea when booking and would definitely book again. Not given 5 stars purely on the basis that I play golf and don't believe in perfect. Accomodated us arriving early, free coffee so good.

Sat here with my wife racking our brains..... nope nothing - hang on, here you go, the coffee machine ran out of milk, and I had a black coffee before the milk was replenished (about 3 minutes)

The hotel staff is really accommodating and make you feel at home. I had a nail slightly sticking out the floor, so I asked for slippers and if somebody could look at it. I was back at my room, maintenance came 1 min. later and solved it. I like a clean room, and I keep my room clean also, some nights after I came back from partying, I had some takeout or ordered food by Grab, my room wasn't that clean anymore... the cleaning lady made sure that everything was clean again. I had some Tom Yam, fried rice etc. left, so I stored them in pots and pans, after finishing this the next morning, I soaked the pots and pans, to clean it when I came back. Once I came back even the dishes were done... this was too much!!! So on checking out I gave her a more than generous tip, for the work she has done. As said, I keep my room as clean and tidy myself, but she did such a great job every time. I always tip the cleaning lady that is actually cleaning my room, that way I can show a bit of appreciating to them. As for location goes: It's a 5 minute walk of the main road, so you are far away from the noise (from 0700 to 2300 the shuttle brings you to the main road). I do find Bangkok much more loud nowadays, so I'm glad I found this hotel... the room (1511) in which I stayed is old, but I like these type of rooms... it has some character.

Nothing really, the pool maintenance was just finished and than some construction started again due to an leaking bathtub. Suggestions: at night the Aircon Units can be noisy, perhaps, this could need a update. A paint job, change the curtains and it will change the room totally. But these are just suggestions, for my next visits, I will stay here for sure again and again!

Spacious room with a nice balcony and view. We got room upgraded to two bedroom suite, which was a plus. The fitness room is adequate to a gym junkie like me. Staff are courteous with service minded. The room is a little dated, but everything works well.

The hotel situates about 400 meters down the narrow alley with no restaurants or any food vendors close by. Walking up and down the alley is a bit dangerous because there are no sidewalks and a lot of cars. The hotel provides tuk tuk shuttle from 7 am to 10 pm. However, it runs infrequently at night. There is construction in the building, which makes getting the elevators difficult and a lot of chemical smells.

Staff always helpful and courteous. Complimentary regular transport from hotel to main road was very handy. Good sized room with kitchenette & balcony. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was excellent many varied options. Very large bed, good water pressure in shower. Large fridge was good. Dining room staff let us in to breakfast a few mins early when we were leaving for excursions to grab a to go brekky :)

Kitchen was like a false kitchen, cupboards dont open, no dishwasher or cooking facility. When extra bed was made up for my son on the first night a quilt was pulled from the cupboard and on inspection was quite dirty from previous stays im guessing and needed to be washed. We took it straight off the bed and put in the bathtub, however not sure if it went to wash or was put back in cupboard. I think they should be washed after every stay.

Lovely apartment, was upgraded to lake view. very friendly helpful staff, room cleaning lady very nice made sure to clean everything nicely and provided fresh water everyday. Comfortable apartment, with decent facilities, helpful having small convenience store in building and free shuttle to take you up to the top of the road, stops right outside a couple of massage parlours and runs until 11pm with collection from same point, do not have to wait long as drives comes every 10 minutes or so, back and forth from hotel - safe. Terminal 21 shopping centre is about 5 minutes walk from shuttle drop off, great to go for meals. Aswell as korean shopping centre / Starbucks and Robinsons shopping centre all around the corner prior to Terminal 21. Good selection available at the hotel breakfast, Thai / European / Chinese & Japanese variety. Fresh fruits and bakery options. Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower great pressure. Given free credits for vending machine which is useful to get drinks or milk to make tea in room. would definitely stay again if visiting Bangkok.

only thing negative to say - Croissant we're tasteless!

The breakfast was varied and excellent. Was different every day which we liked. Loved the location. Was able to run in both Benjakitti and Lumphini parks as they were minutes from the hotel. As well shopping at Terminal 21 was a couple of blocks away. Was a perfect location and the views from our room were fantastic. Loved the heated seat in the washroom, the great shower and water pressure, and the massive tv screen. The desk for working at was perfect. The pool and gym were great. Having access to laundry facilities was wonderful.

Nothing, staff were friendly, loved the snacks in the lobby Loved the tuk tuk ride up to the end of the road when it was too hot to walk.
