Keeping in mind this is a modest priced (neither scary or overly luxurious), we would stay again. The room was decent size for 2 people, air conditioning was ice cold as was fridge. It’s within walking distance to a decent night market with great street food, shopping and the typical Bangkok umm “nightlife”, as well as a different day market in alleys parallel to hotel street. Very close to Sky train Chong Nonsi station (if you turn left at 711 there is an elevator on right a few steps up then an escalator). Take the Sky train 3 stops, then a water ferry to Icon Siam Mall (HUGE) shopping mall, and the hop on hop off and day or night boat cruises. Breakfast buffet was OK but not extensive and very busy at times. Bonus- only place of 6 hotels in 3 countries that had milk for coffee. Younger multinational crowd. Desk staff was great, helpful and many spoke good English. Did not try the exercise room but would be adequate.

The shower stall floor is extremely slippery! Wrong kind of tile or worn down. Wish we brought our beach shoes but ended up buying rubber bottom sandals to not slip inside. The side street it is on is just 50 meters or less from mail though fare and is heavily used to bypass traffic at times so you have to watch you don't get run down as you pretty much have to walk on the road at times. But its Bangkok so not unusual really.

My third stay in January (9 nights in total) and again, as always, the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful and courteous. Location is great being conveniently located close to the Chong Nongsi BTS station.

This hotel is good however there is always a small issue/s that dampen what would otherwise be a perfect stay. In the past ...... breakfast setup and service, (which it is now good to see is perfect), a smoke-smelling room, noisy adjacent room guests and on this particular visit a shower that would not drain properly so that you ended up standing in a pool of water and secondly, shower water temperature that simply could not be regulated; so it was either cold or scolding hot. Another annoying thing was a desk lamp that just kept falling down as the bracket for the arm needed fixing. These issues will not stop me from staying at this property because what really sells it to me is the location, ease of access via BTS and my No.1, the great staff!

I checked in this hotel after a little mishap and letdown on the previous property, hence I checked and placed booking immediately for this hotel. The location is good - less than 5 minutes walk from Chong Non Si BTS station, opposite to Mahanakhon Tower, walking distance to Sathon Square, Silom Soi 3 and 5 and Soi Sathon for food. The staff who handled my check-in named Arty (if I remember correctly) was very polite and helpful as I arrived early 11am, but she helped me to check room readiness and get it sorted within 30 mins. Best of all, I checked in on 28th March and on that faithful afternoon, the city encountered the quake tremor and most of the highrise buildings were affected, but Holiday Inn Express was not affected and I could safely take a rest in my room after all is settled down.

The breakfast offering can be better.

Love the location of the hotel, the big and clean room as well as strategic to travel around with convenience. Great hospitality with friendly staffs too

- Pillow is too soft, not comfy sleeping long hours because of too soft (even its the harder ones). - Breakfast options are limited, could add ham, bacon etc - Perhaps some toiletries like cotton bud to be provided

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel with the family. The hospitality was truly impressive, and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. However, we found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited. That said, we completely understand and respect the arrangements made. Thank you for your service, and we look forward to visiting again.

Additionally, the air conditioning in the hallways was not turned on, which affected overall comfort. It also would have been more enjoyable if the smart TV features were enabled, allowing us to watch our preferred content. Due to a medical emergency, we needed to stay in Bangkok for two weeks. We chose this hotel because it was very near the hospital. We were pleased to find the location was very conveniently located. It was near shopping, the sky Train station, Lumphini Park and the night market. There was a very nice grocery store just across the street. Since we were there much longer than originally planned, we were delighted to find coin-operated laundry facilities on site. That was a life-saver! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had no complaints. All was good.

The staff is beyond amazing. I requested to checkin at 1pm because I needed to be in bed by 2pm and have enough sleep for work at 8pm. The acceptable checkin time is 3pm but. as soon as I checked in, the beautiful staff who asked for my passport immediately recognized me and told me that she's the one who's communicating with me and made sure that I would be able to checkin at my requested time. And all the cleaning staff are super tidy and detailed. And when I ask for anything, they immediately provide. I am thankful to all the staff!!! Even the managers are very hands on!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and efficient, accommodating my room request despite the busy period. I was impressed by their fluency in multiple languages, including Japanese, Mandarin, and English. Although the hotel has been in operation for almost 10 years, the room was impeccably clean and tidy, reminiscent of a brand-new facility. The bed was comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows available. The air conditioning was powerful yet nearly silent, and the hot shower was excellent, with high-quality shower gel and shampoo provided. The Wi-Fi was strong, ideal for both work and streaming movies on mobile devices. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with the BTS station and a convenience store just a few steps away, and numerous eateries and restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, I had a restful and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.

The hotel breakfast offered a standard selection, including eggs, bread, ham, bacon, fried rice, cereals, milk, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee, and tea. While the variety was limited, the basics were well-covered. If you find yourself wanting more options, there are plenty of eateries next to the hotel where you can explore different breakfast choices.

The hotel lies very conveniently in the Silom district in Bangkok. It is very close (walkable distance) to attractions like the lumphink park, shoppingmals and restaurants. For transportation there is the BTS Skytrain (Chong Nonsi) and the metro (Si Lom) close by. So moving from the hotel is very easy. In the hotel itself verything is clean and professional. The rooms are spacious and cozy and also very quiet at night. There is a fitnessroom and laundry room available. And they have a good breakfast menu aswell. The staff are very kind, helpful and professional. I can't think of anything I was unhappy with. :)

Great location, so close to the BTS station.

Breakfast was chaos. Too many people, not enough tables and food running out. Ended up foregoing the complementary breakfast and paid for breakfast at the cafe next door.
