From our balcony spectacular views across the mountain ranges to the north. A very good pool area with loungers, sun canopies, fresh water shower. Exceptional views from the pool area across to the sea and the marshlands below. Outstanding cooking and food quantity and quality. Comfortable dining.

The unit would benefit from a modern temperature regulator on the shower as this was difficult to control and hot water flow took too long to heat up. The shutters on the doors could not be secured, (broken latch), and the wind banged the shutter onto the door. One night balcony furniture was blown everywhere and kept us awake as it collided with the door glass.

A convenient place for those traveling by car (although the entrance is via a very winding narrow asphalt mountain road) to visit Pisa, Florence, the seaside and Cinque terre. But when you return after a hard day's travel, the mountain area is refreshing. A great family restaurant open from 19:30. Wonderful, surprisingly varied breakfast! From the kindness of all the staff and the abundance of the breakfast with a tremendous variety of sweet and savory items freshly made every morning, to the amazing location and view from the swimming pool, it's a resounding yes! The price is definitely worth it. We recommend trying the restaurant associated with the residence; it's affordable and delicious

Nice place in remote hill, nice pool. Big unit, lots of parking space.

It is a pension with a restaurant, and one person is pretty much in charge of everything, so one has to check in and out in particular time, an also inform them about time for breakfast the night before, which is not a way to spend a holiday. Also, the price is definetly to high for the service and amenities included.

This place was fantastic with a panoramic view of the mountain and also a huge landscape overlooking the sea, in front of the swimming pool. The house was fantastic very spacious and we rested on the terrace and in the garden The restaurant closed to the house, proposed excellent typical seasonal dishes and als oto take away The breakfast was wonderful, cooked in real time by Mara, it was like an amazing brunch, and different every day. We really appreciated Mara, her sister and her family team, they were very attentive with us. Do not hesitate to book it

The whole stay was perfect. Mara and her family are really nice. They realized that I am vegetarian and they prepred with vegetarian food after. View is spectacular from the property. Breakfast is unbelievable!!!!

Wifi is not the best, but who needs a wifi when you have everything else?!

It's an exceptional place. The views are spectacular, the food is so tasty (and so much!), the room is comfy, and the family is so kind and friendly. Everything exceeded our expectations multiple times. Thats not a simle hotel's friendliness - that's the true care you can feel here.

Truly legendary breakfast! Views from the room and swimming-pool are stunning. Rooms are very clean, with terasses around. And what a kind staff, they do there best, and beyond, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Honestly, we couldn't think of anything. Make sure you have a car tough, the residence lies quite remote :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at Prato Verde. The swimming pool is marvellous and has a perfect view on the valley and the sea. The breakfasts are to die for (you get every day different ingredients, all is freshly prepared and so yummy - ask for pancakes with ice cream!). There's a restaurant on the spot with local cuisine (and mostly local customers, which speaks for itself) - where you can eat in the evening for a very good price (we paid for a menu for two persons and wine around 50 euros). Room was cleaned practically every day and we had our towels changed during one week stay. And you have a mini fridge - ideal to keep your wine cooled for an evening drink. It's so peaceful and calm and we had an amazing view on the mountains from both (yes!) of our balconies. We truly could not ask for more. One advice, the road that leads to the property can be narrow, so drive carefully!
