We wanted to visit Venice, so we chose this hotel because it is ~500m away from the train/bus station to Venice. Just 5-6 minutes walking. We did not mind the hotel, it was only for one night. However, we were surprised by the overall features of the room and the whole experience was great. Checkin-out was a piece of cake, there are also private parking slots but since they are limited (only 6-7 slots i think), you need to ask for one slot days earlier. Because we have planned a visit dedicated to Venice and its surroundings, we will definitely stay there the next time.

Everything was comfortable and clean. We liked it.

Our luggage was stolen from the trunk in the hotel parking lot. Part of the fault lies with us as we left the car unlocked by mistake, but when we asked the reception to check the cameras and let us know if they found anything, they were cooperative. However, they said they didn't see anything. We asked them to check again at a different time, but they were already uninterested in cooperating. If we had known exactly when the incident occurred, we could have reported it correctly to the police.

This hotel offered exceptional value with its excellent price, unbeatable proximity to both the train and bus stations for easy access to Venice, and spacious, well-appointed rooms complete with a nice bathtub. The tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff further enhanced the overall experience, making it a top choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

While the hotel itself boasted impressive features and convenience, the surrounding area left something to be desired. The presence of a gathering spot for locals, particularly those engaging in concerning behavior, outside our window created a sense of unease, especially at night. Despite no actual incidents, the overall ambiance of the neighborhood felt slightly unsettling, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff were very helpful. Melanie explained the best ways for us to get to Venice and how to get the day pass. They usually wind up by 10PM, however, one evening when we arrived past midnight and couldn't get into our room, we called up the emergency number provided, and the staff came to our help within minutes. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay.

Location, friendly staff, good facilities

Hotel has a policy which not publish in booking.com to charge 2 euro if you stay 3 nights they would not change towel for all three night and if you request to change then charge 2 euro for every towel. Which is not fare policy I think. Night staff lady less guest oriented and although day staff was superb friendly. So, it was mixed experience.

Everything was very good. Perfect location to go to Venecia S.Lucia. It was better for us to go by train than with the bus, even the bus stop is closer the hotel, but train station is 5minutes away to go as well. The room was very comfortable, it was perfect for us for one night. Bathroom very good with everything you need in it. There is the TV and conditionier in the room. I recomend it, if you dont want to stay in the center of Venice. personal is very friendly and we could leave our luggages till the evening the Next day.

The location is very good - close to the station, around 5 to 7 minutes by foot. Very lovely staff as well :) and white, soft towels :D

Very small room - probably I didn't pay attention to the size when I booked... Also, it wasn't too clean - there were dusts in the bathroom... The bathroom was also very small (even though I am not a big person in general, it was getting uncomfortable). And they don't offer kettle in the room...

Is very close to the trains station, about 5 minutes walking, it has parking, was clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage on our check out so we could go to Venice again and then came back at the afternoon to pick them up. Venice is only a 10 minutes ride on train.

The hotel has two parkings, ours was behind a building were we saw people getting high, they were using drugs right next to our car, leaving syringes on the floor, during daylight, it felt very uncomfortable to walk around them. We know that is not the hotel fault, but we felt kind on insecure just walking there.

The hotel is close to Venezia Mestre train station, and has bus stops nearby to travel to city centre, Venice or airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful with giving travel suggestions. The breakfast has various options, and travellers can order coffee from the staff. Overall very good stay.

Nothing bad that I can think of.

We stayed in Hotel Aaron on 10.-13.2.2023. The staff were wonderful and flexible with our arrival and requests. Our room was in another building next to the main building, just 20 meters from the hotels main entry. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and neat. Biggest bonus for me was the wonderful lady who served the breakfast, so sweet lady and they even had taken a notice of my dietary restrictions. This place was one of the crown pieces of our accommodations during our over a month lasting travel by train throughout the Europe. We got value for our money, highly recommend this place!
