The room was clean and comfortable but it was a little bit small, especially the bathroom. The location was very good, you had a street with restaurants nearby and shops. Also the tram and bus stop to go to Venezia was only 5 minutes walk and the bus ride to Venezia from there was 15 minutes.

The room was a bit small especially the bathroom. There was no minibar in the room. They did not provide slippers and asked me to buy them myself. The breakfast was okay, everything was tasty but there were very limited options.

Friendly, polite and very helpful staff. Good location, right next to the bus and tram stops, which means you don't have to live on the islands of Venice, but can still get there quickly. Excellent breakfast, including various breads, cheese, ham, eggs, coffee, tea, juices, etc.

1. In the bathroom, there is just a curtain instead of a shower cubicle, so after showering, everything was completely wet. There are also no shelves for shower accessories, which also contributes to the wet floor, etc. The shower curtain was dirty with orange stains, hopefully it was just rust. The radiator in the bathroom was also covered in a centimetre-thick layer of dust and had clearly never been cleaned. 2. Despite the fact that the room was cleaned every day, the presence of various textiles made this room quite dusty. So, if you have allergies, it is better to be careful.

This hotel is absolutely charming, especially for those who appreciate a vintage atmosphere. Even though it has been renovated, it still retains the character and charm of its original design. The rooms are very clean and are tidied daily, and we were lucky to have a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The staff are professional, speak English very well, and are incredibly helpful—especially when it comes to giving directions or advice for visiting Venice. Tickets for all public transportation in Mestre and Venice can be conveniently purchased at the front desk. A major plus is the hotel's private parking, which is rare for a location right in the city center. There’s also a large shopping mall directly across the street, making everything you need easily accessible.

The only downside was the bathroom: it’s quite small and doesn’t have a proper shower cabin—just a showerhead, which ends up spraying water all over the tiny space when you use it.

The hotel is nice and located right in the center of Mestre, very close to the tram and bus stops that take you to Venice. They sell tickets for the train, bus, and vaporetto at the reception — we got a day pass and rode the vaporetto until we had enough! 😄 The rooms are small, but very clean and cozy.

The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything happening next door, even conversations. It didn’t bother us too much for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're staying more than one or two nights. One star down because of the breakfast , was disappointing – just pastries and nothing substantial.

We loved this hotel, from walking in the front door you get a real feel of history. The staff were very friendly from check in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was brilliant, a great selection of fresh pastries, breads, rolls, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts! Selection of hot drinks and an espresso machine! We would recommend NOT waiting until the last minute to go, the hotel was very busy and we overheard a few people moaning but got there for 9am all mornings and it was perfect! Location is excellent! Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for either the 15 for the airport (30mins) or the 4L directly into Venice (25mins) -stop A3 coming back to the hotel or the tram T1 (20mins) you can pick up a travel card from reception, we went for the 48hr for €35, very worth your money and makes getting around in Venice on the water buses very easy! There is no bar/restaurant at the hotel, only a couple of vending machines in the foyer, BUT there was a good selection within 5mins walking distance and shops to be able to get water etc.. We would recommend Napa, it’s a trendy bar with great selection of drinks, music and cicchetti!! The hotel won’t pre book taxis to the Airport or Venice but “AtoB Transfer” we’re excellent, very simple book online option and 5 star service.

No options to have any kind of hot beverage after the breakfast room closes at 10am. Would of really liked a fruit tea after a long day.

Hi! Just got back from a weekend trip in Venice. Hotel was amazing in terms of location and facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the staff/owner were the most kindest and most helpful and ensured we are comfortable and offered the best guidance and advice on how to get around and make the most of our trip! Thank you all!

I recommend it but, good for max 1 night, starting point to visit Venice if you come by car. Private gated parking space and great help to get car parked. Close to bus and tram that takes you to Venice. Friendly and helpful staff. Feels safe, despite a quite run down area. Fair price for what you get!

The rooms are extremely small and quite dated. We were in a 4 persons room but could almost not fit our bags between the beds. You do not want to spend any time in the room whatsoever but this wasn't a problem for us as it fit our schedule. Breakfast is quite limited.

It’s super nice. It is close to the tram that can take you directly into Venice. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is fantastic, it is 500 yards from hidden shopping centers/squares with everything you can find. We found the best gelato shop in all of Venice nearby. And we eat gelato a lot.

It is about a mile from the Mestre train station. It’s better to take the train all the way to Venice Santa Lucia train station, then take the tram (T1) or bus (4L) from there to the hotel. Both stop at Mestre Centro bus/tram stop.

This hotel definitely has a unique retro charm! While some parts could use a refresh, it’s clean and well-maintained. The location is great—close to tram and bus stops for easy trips to Venice and not far from train station (walkable distance if you do not carry a big luggage). The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant

Breakfast is fine, though fresh vegetables were missing. The bathroom is small, and thin walls let in noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Beds have blankets without covers, which might not suit everyone.

Staff - receptionists, maids, waiters - were all wonderful, very helpful, kind, nice and professional. They made my stay really pleasant. The hotel is just a few minutes from the centre of Mestre, and also just a few minutes from a bus stop from where it is only 15 minutes to Venice, so the location is quite convenient. The furniture is a little old, but it is still rather good value for money. The walls are a little thin, but when I complained about my neighbours, the receptionists handled it very professionally :-)
