Staff were really helpful and friendly, location was great just round the corner from tram station and main plaza. Great base and so much cheaper than staying in Venice

Cleaning service could at least knock before entering room, cleaning ladies don’t know English at all, what is… well hard to deal with

Interior design! Staff, location (quiet area). Windows in the rooms can be opened. I like that they have garden, something like patio. And it’s good that they have storage rooms, where you can leave your baggage if you have an evening flight.

Loud music on breakfast. I’m not sure if they have a restaurant or bar, but if they have it, it will be good to have an online menu (with accessing through qr code, or something like that).

The hotel has a perfect Venetian atmosphere: it looks quite retro style, but it has very interesting Italian futuristic architecture. There is also a nice green silent backyard, where you can have a morning coffee or read a book. Even though, the room looks quite old, everything is clean and works well. The personnel of the hotel is very kind and helping for whatever you can need. I used the location of the hotel as a transit on my way from Treviso to Venice. If you need to go the railway station, it will take up to 15 mins on the tram (please, do not forget to buy your ticket at the tabacchi kiosk) or 30 minutes by foot.

The hotel is also serving different options of breakfast, where I choose some kind of the local style breakfast for 10 euros, which seemed overpriced and nothing special: a drink (coffee, cappuccino, etc.) + two buns + cheese, ham, butter. Next time when I come to this hotel, I would just take cappuccino and croissant.

I liked about the location was close to the transport and the room was good size and clean.

Better lightning in room especially in the mirrors. Air conditioning control easier for the client.

Nice old school interior, the staff was very friendly, trash was taken out everyday and location was good, easy to teach train station and go to Venice.

The gap between beds. Very hard to sleep in when you are constantly falling in the middle.

really interesting hotel, unlike those other shi*y brown/grey chain hotels it is lacking bit of a maintenance here and there as it seems everything is original from whenever hotel was build but it's clean, has comfortable and spacious rooms with cool interior design, staff is nice and welcoming, location right in center and great price to value ratio

Good price, good parking, location is convenient. Although the hotel reminded me of 1990s, but it is clean and all facilities run well.

lovely Venetian decor, spacious room traditional design, quiet the town, air conditioning unit.

We would prefer to be closer to Venice although only a 20minute bus journey it can take you a while to get from the other side of Venice back to the hotel at night, but no fault of the hotel and would recommend!
