This hotel is tucked away in the beautiful mountains of the town of Lecco. It is about a 25-minute drive to the center of Lecco, where you can enjoy a lovely dinner in the evening. This hotel brought us so much peace. The scenery is enchanting, and the rooms are impeccably clean. A big plus: The beds are incredibly comfortable! We didn't have breakfast on the first day, and we immediately regretted it because it was wonderful to start the day with Lea's breakfast. She was so friendly and always made my soy milk cappuccino with lots of love. We had fresh bread, eggs croissants, fresh fruit , yoghurt and many more options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are very grateful to Gianna and his wife. We hope to see you soon again! (The Moroccan Family from the Netherlands)

What a wonderful new property and fantastic rooms! Big, very fast internet, great beds and a comfortable common area to hang out. Everything is new and the whole property was designed by the son of the owners - a well-known architect. There are 16 gigantic solid marble pillars along the beautiful porch that look like they were ripped from a Roman palace. I'm sure this hotel is jammed full in the winter because it is very close to a ski lift on these beautiful mountains in this beautiful valley just over the mountains from Lake Como. We were here in off-season (Late April) and used this as a base to drive around Lake Como. All the famous high-mountain views of the East bank of Lake Como are from the three very scenic roads (SP 62, 65 and 66) that you can take from the Lake to get to the Village of Primaluna where this nice hotel is in located. We stayed an extra day and did a nice walk along the bike path along a beautiful stream in the valley for several miles. The scenic drives to the Lake from the hotel are breathtaking. There are several very good and nice restaurants in the nearby villages. Thanks to owner, Gianni Beri and his wife and son for a great stay and all the stories of the history of the area. Great place to stay!

The location and room were very beautiful. Also the people from the hotel were very kind and nice for us and our little boy. The owner Gianni and his wife were very nice and kind and we had good conversations when we saw each other. Really nice breakfast, clean room, good bed and beautiful view of the mountains and nature and lovely people who were working in the kitchen and room service. The owner Mr. Gianni and his wife full supportive for every thing you like. The hotel location far a way from city noise its very good to relaxations. The breakfast it really amazing. I stay three night on IA MAIOLICA room which was perfect.

This is a very nice hotel indeed , Very clean , Modern , good air conditioning , clean rooms , lovely breakfast , great mountain views , and a good car park , Can’t really fault this hotel at all , we had a very pleasant stay , the staff are most helpful and chatty Don’t miss the Pizza take away just opposite .. you get a great Pizza for a reasonable price .. very nice indeed

Excellent quality, very stylish carpentry superbly done. Well thought out. Yes it is next to a main road but no sound at night with the windows shut. Beautiful views easy parking and a lovely breakfast
