The staff were extremely helpful and caring. They kept in contact with me before the booking, left me clear instructions and even a video of how to access when I arrive. They messaged me good cafe to visit in Rome and even kindly left a map in my room marking all the major attractions to visit in Rome. Kasimo was very helpful.

It was a little bit noisey, but I think it it was a coincidence with the other guests staying at the same time as me.

Loved the staff 5 star for simone he was great and always had a smile and a friendly hello. But all staff are great including cleaning people also nice. Location was great each way go left Vaticano go right a castle.. must have food next door the restaurant was great. Meat cooked perfectly. Has a lift after 2 back surgery’s and one neck Surgery glad had lift.

Not a lot which is rear to say. But only thing i would say is bigger fridge if the could staying a week you need drinks. If I was the owner, I would arrange restaurant next door to have menus in room's so can order and take to room. I got takeaway after a long day of walking and hope on hope off buses was great. Even arrange staff at reception to pick up food to take to room.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma Vaticano. The staff were particularly helpful. We arrived at midnight so the staff sent via WhatsApp a video showing how to unlock the doors and navigate the building from the lift to our hotel room, with my name taped to the door to avoid mistakenly interrupting fellow guests. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were the best I've slept on. The room was lovely, the location perfect and the cost was great for August in Rome.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but it really isn't a big deal!

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We chose it as it offered a Genius discount which made it very affordable. The neighbourhood of Prati was really lovely and felt very safe walking around early morning and at night. It is very well located for the main attractions of Rome. The hotel itself was easy to find and to access. The room was on the smaller side but fine for us as we were only using it as a base. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the bathroom really beautiful. Excellent shower! We never go for hotel breakfast, preferring to explore the city we are in, so this worked perfectly for us. Absolutely lovely, would stay again in a flash and would absolutely recommend.

I honestly can't think of anything... perhaps the room is a bit small if you are looking for somewhere to sit and relax. On the Saturday evening, the neighbouring guests were loud while we were trying to sleep but this isn't the hotels fault and was only for a short time.

Hotel is very close to the Vatican City, metro station and walkable to Rome's main sights (if walking isn't an issue for you). It's also close to restaurants and shopping areas. The room was sizeable and I loved that they did room service daily. The bed was comfortable enough. They let us check-in early and let us leave our bags after check-out so we could go out and explore more.

The hotel's pipes stank a lot especially when you use the bathroom so we had to close the bathroom door everytime. The hair dryer also didn't work. The walls are thin so you could hear everyone coming and going.

A good hotel close to the STT bus station for airport transportation. It is the only bus that stops in the Vatican as well not only Termini. The hotel is very close to the Vatican, just a 10 minute walk. It is also a decent distance from the rest of Rome's sights (1 hour walk with kids). I appreciated that I could leave my luggage both before check-in at 9AM and after check-out until 5:30PM. Exemplary cleanliness, modern room, quite large..enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. very friendly staff ready to help you with everything you need

In the pictures you can see slippers and shower gel, shampoo in bottles. In reality there are no slippers and the shower gel is in a dispenser on the wall in the bathroom. The sofa mattress is not very comfortable but for 2 nights it was ok. The only heating source is air conditioning.

Rome is such a tricky city to pick a decent location, and this one did not disappoint. We appreciated the fact that this wasn't in the overly expensive tourist areas which meant restaurant prices nearby were really reasonable, but you are only a short walk away from the usual tourist spots and if you don't fancy walking, the metro station was a few minutes walk away. The shuttle direct to the airport stops at the end of the street, purely by coincidence did we discover this and it saved us a fortune on taxis. The staff were amazing, we had to self-check in due to the arrival time which was super easy, the staff provided loads of recommendations and we tried a few of the restaurants, one of the roof top bars and the breakfast spots across the road. The room was clean, had everything we needed and whilst being on the small side, was good enough.

The size of the room and the view, our room faced into a rather ugly courtyard, but we didn't come to Rome to look at it out of an hotel window, so this wasn't too bad.

The staff was WONDERFUL !! It was like visiting the home of an old friend. Cosimo at the front desk was very helpful in recommending local "non-tourist" restaurants and bars - in fact we took most meals at 3Quarti (right next door to hotel) and apertivo (Roman "happy hour") at Gracchi bakery down the street. When I return to Rome Hotel Roma Vaticano will be my destination. Neighborhood - the hotel is located in Prati - a residential area between the Vatican and the Tiber River - quiet with good amenities; 15 minute walk to St. Peters and 8 minute walk the Metro Orange line to central Rome

Not enough time to spend in Rome.

Great location! Close to everything. Close to metro and delicious restaurants. Clean room and bathroom with basic facilities like hair dryer and fridge. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. The staff were lovely, we spoke mostly to Mr. Cosimo. He gave us many tips, was super helpful and gave us a map with locations to visit and where to eat fantastic Italian food. He was a real superstar!!! We loved our stay there and would return!

Room is too close to reception so you can hear every conversation, so we were little worried during the night. But it was actually quiet during the night so we had nice rest!

Amazingly located, this boutique hotel offers nice and comfortable rooms a step away from the Vatican. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After the first night we asked to change room and they immediately moved us to a quieter. In fact our original room was located next to the reception and it was rather noisy, due to some guests that arrived very late at night (2 am) and some others that left very early in the morning (6 am).

The room next to the reception was rather noisy, mostly because other guests checked out early in the morning (6 am) while laughing and chatting without caring if other people might have been sleeping.
