100% clean, perfect ventilation, enough privacy, comfy beds and lockers and doors that create minimum noise. Big kitchen with all the necessities and a life-saving vending machine with good sandwiches that are the perfect breakfast for people who must leave early for sightseeing. Welcome drink at the bar next door (soft drink or small beer) and 10% off for anything else you order during your stay. This was my first time in a 10-person dorm, but I don't think it can get any better than that.

I would like some restrictions on the room temperature (limiting max and min temperature) in case you have one roommate that considers 20c the perfect temperature for sleeping and you don't want to argue.

The Hostel is just a 5 minutes walk to the Republica Metro Station and 10 minutes to Roma Termini Station. There’s a close-by convince, pub, restaurants and McDonalds. The facilities are well thought , meeting fellow traveler’s is very easy with the shared space for recreational (Hangout Area), kitchen and common bathroom and shower at the ground floor. So there’s no need to go to your room just to use the toilet. Vendo machines with snacks and drink are also available in the same floor. Separate machines for Laundry and dryer is also available for €4 each load. I booked a 1 bed in a 4 bedroom space with attached toilet and shower with bidet (which is a plus especially for guest coming from the Middle East) I was checked in at Room 202 , bed “D”. Doors can be open using pin codes, there are pull out storage for each guest and a shared cabinet to hang your long coats/ jackets and garments. Reception is open 24/7 and the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They even give welcome drinks vouchers that you could redeem at the bar next to the hostel. I highly recommend the hostel. It’s for sure a good value for money! I would definitely stay again whenever I’m in Rome. All the best to the Rome Hello team! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Everything was perfect. It is located in a central area walkable from Termini station and lots of famous Rome seeshights, restaurants, and bars around. The staff of the hostel were friendly and welcoming, they organize events to socialize with other travelers, which made it easy to meet new friends. There are a lot of facilities in the kitchen and it has everything you need. The bed and the room were very comfy, and they cleaned it every day. In conclusion, it is one of the best hostels I've ever been to.

Best hostel I have stayed in, it’s cosy, friendly and stylish. The staff is always present and very helpful. The rooms are well-planned and details are thought through. You have places to hang your clothes and your bath staff, and where to lock and store your staff. There is a nice patio, spacious common area with tables and sockets. There are no crazy loud parties here, but lots of opportunities to hang out and socialize with other travellers

Such a great hotel. I knew it was a budget hotel/hostel so was prepared to make certain sacrifices but I was blown away by all aspects. Our room was pristine with 3 comfortable single beds and ample storage in a footlocker under each bed plus a large wardrobe (safe incl). Bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and the air con in the bedroom was icy (critical in Rome in August!). Rooms were cleaned daily and towels could be changed on request. The communal areas were great - air conditioned lounge area plus fully equipped kitchen, plus an outdoor seating area. They also hosted events in the lounge such as beer pong, movie nights, cooking classes in the kitchen, walking tours, etc. All free of charge. The breakfast in the adjacent cafe was delicious and all you can eat. The location is also great, really close to Roma Termini station but also on major bus & metro routes to all main attractions. The critical ingredient though were the staff - not just friendly but incredibly professional, knowledgeable and simply on it! When you asked for something they actioned it immediately. I got a really good teamwork vibe from all staff, people genuinely enjoying working there, meeting people and helping everyone have a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

NOTHING. It was all excellent

Our room was spacious with plenty of closet space, a safe, and a place to open our luggage without feeling like we're cramped. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets/pillows. And it was quiet at night. We stayed four nights and never felt like we needed housekeeping. We walked everywhere from this location: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, The Colosseum, Victor Emmanuele II Monument, and even The Vatican. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area too. 15-minute walk from Roma Termini train station (with luggage). The property is so easy to navigate. Stairs aren't as steep, so they're easy to climb and descend. There's an elevator that is large enough for two with bags. Everything is centrally located on the ground floor, and there's always someone around to point the way if needed. Stay here. You'll be glad you did. The restaurant (Timoty) was AMAZING and the perfect way to start each day. Breakfast hours were 7:30am until 12:30pm and there was so much variety and choice. The cappucinos were fantastico and there's plenty to choose from if you're Vegan or Vegetarian. A special shout out to Sylvia, who always looked after us like we were family. She was so professional, friendly, and accommodated everything we asked for, including preparing a box breakfast for us on our day of departure. This property has so much going for it, especially if you're a seasoned traveler. Guests we met were of all ages and nationanities. The staff is fantastic. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, multilingual, and knowledgeable. Seriously, they bent over backwards to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There is an activity going on every night. We especially enjoyed movie night in the common area, but our favorite part of this hotel was a kitchen where we could prepare our own dinner. There are grocery stores nearby where you can get fresh vegetables, pasta...

Can't think of a thing. Everything was great about this property. It has a restaurant with GREAT food and service, and a kitchen for preparing your own meals. Our room was spacious and included a bathroom. The service was fantastic from everyone we talked with.

I received such a warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival at the hostel. The staff were clear in communication and provided reassurance that they were available if I had any problems. I attended a pizza cooking class one evening which was really enjoyable, and G - the member of staff who ran it - was great and super friendly. I liked that the location of the hostel was a short 10 minute walk from Roma Termini train station, and another short to the metro station too. The kitchen facilities were really handy also, and meant I could prepare my own breakfasts. I’d previously stayed here 2 years ago in a shared hostel of 10 which was an okay experience, I just realised a dorm of 10 was too much for me. This time I shared a mixed dorm of 4 and it was the perfect number. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated and was a nice escape from the 35 degree weather in Rome at the time! I will be back again :)

It was a pleasant surprise for us as a family of four. Very good location, with great public transport, attractions, Termini within walking distance. The building is modern, cheerful, youthful, with many possibilities. The room is very clean, practical, with comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet at night, we slept very well. :) Welcome drink upon arrival, luggage storage after check-out. The staff is very nice, smiling and helpful both at the hostel and in the restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. It included both international and Italian dishes. English breakfast, Italian pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, muesli, yogurt, juices, coffee, divine desserts. Nutella :) Adults and children alike found something to their liking. If we return to Rome, we will only stay here, highly recommended.
