It is located two minutes walking from the Vatican, many shops, cafes, restaurants in a short walking distance. Everything from the room to the common area was perfectly clean. In the shared kitchen there was everything you could need - little fridge (an additional one in the room as well), microwave, plates, cups, cutleries, free coffee and tea! And the terrace was the cherry on the cake - clean, spacious, quiet, with tables if you want to enjoy your coffee or dinner outside.

Just a little note - we couldn’t find a “do not disturb” sign to put on the door, so we got our room done without wanting to. Very appreciated the service but still it would be nice to be able to refuse it.

Nice location a few steps from Vatican and Piazza S. Pietro. Nice terrasse. But terrible, rude stuff, we were shocked when we arrived. We were informed about being moved to one of their other accommodations a night before, so we went to that other place. But the receptionist there knew nothing about it and we found out that there was a misinformation and we should have gone to the first accommodation. We insisted they pay for the taxi which they did. When we finally arrived after 1,5 hour going around Rome for no reason, there was a really rude old cleaning lady waiting for us. She didn't appologize for the mess and confusion we had been through because of their mistake, she even rolled her eyes, spoke rudely to us and treated us like we were idiots. Not to mention she didn't speak a word in English and she even felt superior as I tried to communicate with her in Italian. An unforgettable, shocking experience. I can't understand why would anyone be renting so many appartments without being able to hire a capable and polite staff.

Good location and has the facilities you need

It was a little complicated to find and get into - especially at night with no staff present. There is no phone signal inside the building, so when I was using WhatsApp to communicate with the host, I kept having to go outside to get new instructions.

Everything was excellent. Checkin experience, facilities in the room, location, luggage store option. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Also, we really appreciated the coffee machine and water boiler in the room.

Staff was really helpful, friendly and available. The location was great. Room great size and really silent. The terrace was a lovely adds on

The only thing, I'd prefer heavier curtains or similar to blackout the sun in the morning

Really nice room with air con and very clean, nice little shared kitchen and terrace. Location near restaurants and ice cream shops and not far from metro, really pleasant stay

The shower was a bit dodgy as went hot and cold

First: it is not an ordinary hotel. It is more like an appartment, with cleaning and a Kitchen, which we shared with others (4 rooms). Just what we wanted! It was very quiert at Night. We stayed there for a month

The change our reservation in the last minute but!!! They gave us a really good room in other hotel, clean and with the exact same description than the first reservation

It was close to our places of interest . It was clean safe and the stuff very helpful . We really enjoyed our stay there

Really nice place to stay. Clean and serviced daily. Really great location and close to transport routes.
