Location. Vibrant neighbourhood with a large number of bars and restaurants but the hotel is tucked away near the Botanical Garden and is very quiet. Some museums on the door-step. Exceptionally helpful lady at reception who spoke good English and booked tickets for me and made the time to give me information that saved me time and money. Pleasant garden to sit in. Convenient for the Vatican 15 minutes and the Roman Forum 25 minutes.

Breakfast coffee was a disappointment. I was after all in Italy..

It was an okay room, a little too expensive, but it's in a "trendy" neighborhood. Make sure you want to be in the middle of swarms of young people, I should have stayed closer to where all the landmarks are, these are all narrow and very crowded cobblestone roads that require a good 25-30 minute walk to get to the Colosseum and other landmarks nearby, the purpose of my visit, and for me, I have some trouble walking anyway, so location not ideal for this.

You pay a lot for a room. It's a small bathroom (private) and one single room. One tiny desk. Does have a tiny fridge, which is good. One large closet for clothes. What makes the room feel larger are very tall ceilings. It does keep you from feeling cramped. Free coffee and croissants for breakfast, so that will fill you up before you head out. Tons of places to eat nearby, all were very crowded. The picture is when you step out the front door.

A wonderful hotel, I would love to go back. The location is great because you are close enough to walk to all the sites, but far enough that it feels almost like going home in the evening. You are also surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Roma. The staff are SO friendly, always happy to help with anything. The garden is perfect to sit an have a pastry in the mornings and read. Rooms are very simple, and very European. It was the perfect place to stay.

The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure I could make the most of my visit to Rome. The location is close to many restaurants and bars for visitors and within walking distance of the Vatican and other tourist sites. I would definitely consider staying again.

Bathrooms outside your room can be annoying, but they were clean and had plenty of extra soaps and other toiletries, so I can't complain. Given the wonderful location and the property's charm, I am happy to have dealt with this minor inconvenience. It's great value for money!

I stayed at the hotel for five days in July while working remotely, so having reliable WiFi and a suitable workspace was essential. Fortunately, the WiFi was excellent and easily handled video calls. My room had a desk where I could work comfortably, and there were also tables and chairs in the garden, as well as a relaxed social area inside the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of charm and surrounded by lush gardens. Each morning, a generous self-serve breakfast was provided, including pastries, sandwiches, and coffee, with a great selection to choose from. The staff were wonderful. The location is fairly close to the centre of Trastevere, near the botanical gardens. It’s a lovely, peaceful spot, though not right in the heart of the action. I had a room with a shared bathroom, which can sometimes be a concern, but the facilities were always clean, and I never had to wait to use them, even in the mornings. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This accommodation is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shops and in walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. It’s hidden away on a quiet street and has a lovely garden. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and we had a private bathroom. The staff were so welcoming and happy to offer tourist information.

The location was really good - far enough from city centers to be quiet, but not so far that popular spots were hard to reach. Pretty accessible by public transit and walking distance from some great food spots. Room was simple, clean, comfortable and hotel was really cute in general. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom. Breakfast was decent if a little repetitive - pastries and beverages. No meaningful complaints about the accommodations - not a luxury stay but perfectly comfortable. Some staff members were friendlier than others but nobody was rude or unwelcoming. Good wifi, hot water, and elevator was great.

I was hoping to bump into some other young solo travelers while here but met mostly seniors (could also be the time of year I travelled). If you're looking for a super social hotel, maybe opt for a hostel instead. The area has good nightlife though so you can definitely meet people in town. Overall, if you're looking for a safe, comfy, quiet place to stay while doing things around Rome pretty independently, definitely stay here. If you want your time at the hotel to be the center of your Rome experience, this may not be what you're looking for. Would have also preferred a larger towel but a really comfy bathrobe was provided so it wasn't too bad. There are no mosquito nets on the window but after 3 wks in Italy I realize that's standard here

The entire place with its friendly staff and peaceful garden provided a well deserved rest after a long warm but wonderful time exploring the city. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the lively heart of Trastavere. Nearby several buss stops. Officially no breakfast is served, but we were provided with pastries, coffee and oranje juice every morning.

Unfortunately, there were the odd occasion when certain guests didn’t seem to know of any hotel etiquette and just talked at the top of their voices on their return to the hotel, usually after midnight. I missed a notice in the room or corridors employing guests to respect others by being quiet in respect of other guests.

Beautiful garden as seen in many photos. Beautiful, quiet street and space in the heart of trendy Trastevere neighborhood of Roma. Great value, service and facilities. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique stay with friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and authentic Roman charm. Sidenote: it's right next to a Nasone water spout which you will find incredibly life saving in the Roman summer heat for replenishment of potable drinking water (bring a bottle)! Down the street from a great neighborhood eatery and other fantastic spots!

The rooms can be modernized aesthetically but that might make more expensive so it's difficult to find any major faults otherwise.

We were greeted by very friendly reception staff late at night. The room was large with a double and single bed . The beds were reasonably comfortable and room cleaned daily. It also was air-conditioned. Breakfast was free pastries, juice and fruit teas /coffee. The garden was beautiful and quiet and there is also a sunny roof terrace. Restaurants close by.

It was difficult to find on bus routes as they mainly go from other side of river, to main attractions so had to walk over the bridge. Got a taxi there as otherwise was suggested to take two buses and walk and it was late at night.
