I loved the local Italian holiday town hotel, including Wifi, pool umbrella and loungers, breakfast included if booked Restaurant was good and a few restaurant within walking distant. Small supermarket 5 minute walk "Real Italian" not a lot of English but that's what I wanted!, quirky, old worldish Wonderful balcony overlooking the sea if booked, was worthwhile Espresso machine in toom

Pool closing at 7pm No public transport for those without a car, station was over 1.5 klm walk and in summer it was a trek Air conditioner ancient, ducted and inefficient Bring extra milk and coffee if you drink a lot Shower was tiny... Staff a little standoffish so make an effort

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly for my whole stay. The two ladies on reception (unfortunately I've forgotten their names) were very friendly and spoke Spanish to me as my Italian isn't great. The room was beautiful, aircon was great and it had an amazing view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Breakfast was great and very good value for money and the pool facilities and beach umbrellas and beds were also perfect. Really enjoyed my time in Santa Marinella and this hotel was a huge reason for that!

There really wasn't a single thing that I didn't like. I loved this hotel and will be returning!

This is where customer service and friendly staff lives! Most helpful location by far. The restaurant across the street - food and service excellent. We were in the Junior sweet with the huge patio! Top Front of this photo with the view of the sea.

What's not to like? We were there at the end of our travel through Italy. maybe a microwave? But we personally did not need one. This would be a great room to function as a hospitality room for a small group.

Staff were excellent a few spoke very little English but we got by. Food was brilliant. We were on 1/2 board and had a choice of 4 courses with 3 different choices per course. A glass of wine of beer also included. Breakfast was a standard buffet.

Hotel decor was a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. Hotel were unable to organise a taxi to the train station 1km away. Only taxis available quoted €50 or €40.

View from room,loved the breakfast,the pool is beautiful and location to walk to other places. Also loved sitting on beach chairs with umbrella overlooking the water. And your staff is wonderful. You are very lucky to have people like Alessio and Martina. They were kind and caring and knowledgeable.

The pool area was being renovated, really could not use and the bar was not really set up. But we understand There is no good time to renovate.

It was great! Breakfast included each morning at the restaurant across the street. Pool was AMAZING!! And the balcony was huge. Nice stay overall!

The A/C did not get very cool even when we set it to 17C and it was mostly because of the windows not being able to close completely. Also the bathroom was very hot due to it not being shaded. Other than that everything was good!

We love the view of the ocean from our room, free breakfast and excellent service from front desk to restaurant staffs. Also, we love the quiet location yet close to cruise port (about 7 miles). We also love the delicious food by the restaurant with reasonable price. We will be back!

The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet behind the tight fit bathroom door, it was a little awkward but I understand it’s an older building so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Lovely quiet room with great sea view from balcony - it had everything we needed to wind down and get a good night's sleep

Breakfast was good but not the best we had, maybe fresh yoghurt instead of pots, bread to toast, butter, scrambled eggs etc and a bit more service filling things up as they got depleted Coffee was good, it was a clean and bright place to start the day

The hotel was amazing and the staff incredibly receptive and helpful. They were so great they prepared us breakfast bags because we would lose the regular breakfast! So thankful for everything.

The bar and restaurant is horrible. Poor options, too expensive for the offer and in the afternoon we have zero options to eat. For a 4star hotel they need to make this better

Being right near the sea is great. Unfortunately the access in to the water is very difficult due to the large slippery rocks you mustn't cross in order to get in to the sea. Makes you wander why they don't do something about it.
