We stayed at the hotel for just one night, so it’s hard to give a full review – but overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent, especially for those traveling back from Northern Italy to Rome – perfect for a short stop to relax. The sea is absolutely stunning, and the hotel is very clean and well-kept. The staff were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Breakfast was fine, though I expected a bit more variety – still, the breakfast restaurant itself is charming and a lovely place to start the day. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to enjoy the beach or go for a swim. In my opinion, the price is a bit high for a short stay, but overall, we were satisfied. Worth staying for a couple of days if you’re passing through!

Loved the beach club, the attractive gardens, beautiful decor and delicious dinner on the waterfront with live music from a talented bunch of musicians. The attention to detail here is top class. We had the entry level room which was very spacious, immaculately clean and had waterfront views. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. 100% recommend this place and so hope to be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hate to say anything negative but we would have loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff were lovely. The hotel was nice and we had a lovely view with the sound of the ocean. The breakfast was nice too and well priced.

Very difficult to catch a tax to the airport from San Marinella. The taxi guy was going to charge 180 euros. We had to catch a train to Rome and then taxi to the airport. Not many shops. The area of San Marinella itself is a bit run down. You can see that it used to be very grand with a history of very famous people escaping there for the beach and sun shine. The restaurant at the hotel is very expensive for dinner for what you get.

Lunch and dinner menu is too restricted to be able to cover a wide variety of culinary choices. E.G. not everyone enjoys seafood. It certainly served people who look forward to those selections, just not our group. The Toastie and small pizza that our group ordered for one lunch was not tasty nor palatable. Breakfast choices were fine.

We liked the setting of the hotel a lot. It's beautiful scenery surrounding the place. The room was excellent, with high ceilings, large balcony doors, and a huge bathroom. Even though the inside of the hotel is relatively small, it offers good ways to get around with a wheelchair.

Communication is lacking among the staff and with the clients. We were not informed that the restaurant would be closed for lunch because of a private event. The lack of consistency in food quality disappointed us as it was much better the year before. These two comments we would like the management to watch out for.

The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, they organised transport from FCO and to cruise port. Sharon checked our requirements and emailed us. Beautiful location even obtained tea making facilities. Only made breakfast 1 day out of 4, day of departure and breakfast fine.

Not really a bad point but stayed 4 nights and ate all nights at hotel, would have liked to try something different on 1 or 2 nights. The deep fried " shrimp" ( king prawn) were out of this world

It felt like a perfect size small private resort. The offerings were great and a small place like this directly on the Tyrrhenian Sea is a gem. Their private waterfront is amazing and I preferred the rocky shore over the crowd at the sandy public beach.

We didn’t know we needed to make a reservation at the hotel restaurant and some of the amenities were not totally clear (probably more my fault than the hotel’s fault), but the service was great once we got settled. It’s not cheap, but it was worth it.

The location was beautiful overlooking the ocean period to staff was most helpful. Special shout out to Cesare. We did not know Italian and needed help with transportation. It was difficult communicating over the phone even with the Google Translate app. Cesare went above what was required. He made arrangements for us to get to the facility, to the port for our cruise, and then, although we had he ked out a week prior, helped us arrange transport from the port to the airport. Bravo!!!!

We had a corner seaview room and also 2 rooms facing the road. I would highly recommend the corner seaview rooms because the lighting was very good. The view from the restaurant is water front and beautiful. The hotel has access to a rocky beach and they provide beach chairs plus towels. They also provided wet shoes for walking in the water because there are a lot seaweed growing on the rocks. . The sea water was clear and calm for swimming too. Overall we had an relaxing stay.

We had a really nice room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and the view was magnificent. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant, Bianca, which served delicious food and overlooked the sea. The wait staff spoke English and patiently explained the description of the dishes. If you are interested in a quiet and lovely place to unwind, this is it!

There isn't much that I did not like. After thinking about how our stay could improve it would be more table space. I loved the kettle and a Nespresso machine, but they left little room on the small desk for other necessary things.
