One of the best stays we’ve had – we’ll definitely be back! We had an amazing time at Villino Emanuele! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach – and the entire place is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and very well maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information and recommendations. There was always parking available, and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous – a perfect start to each day. We’re truly happy we chose to stay here and we hope to return very soon!

Absolutely beautiful villa, renovated with great care and attention to every little detail. Massimiliano was an outstanding host — welcoming, helpful, and full of excellent local tips. He even kindly picked us up from the train station when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and our kids loved the thoughtful little surprise waiting for them each day. We truly had a fantastic stay at Villa Emanuelle and would happily return anytime!

Villa Emanuele was lovely. We were on a cycling trip and when we arrived we were tired and bit over stimulated from the busy road. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool and the yard were lovely, and quite large given that the property is very central. The overall feeling was very peaceful, and we enjoyed an hour relaxing in the sun beside the pool. The room we had was comfortable and the bathroom was also very nice. We only stayed for one night, but I would have loved to have spent longer at the property. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire two week trip, and the area where breakfast was served was idyllic.

This property is a gem - everywhere you look the decor is beautiful and so tasteful - the hosts were so congenial and waited for us to arrive when our flight was late - even to organizing a driver to meet us at the airport- he then proceeded to give us a beautiful room. The breakfast was bar none - the best breakfast in our 5 city stops - we were served from a personal trolley of delicious food and the best cappuccino in 10 days.

We had a lot of luggage and there is no elevator and thankfully we did not need the large pieces as we stayed one night.

Very helpful owners - excellent communication before our arrival. Although the building is on a main road, it's not heavily used at night and we had no difficulty sleeping. Easy parking on the adjacent side street. Exceptionally generous breakfast on the lovely first-floor terrace. Pleasant location with the Lungomare (promenade) only 100m down the side street. Hosts recommended 3 local restaurants, all within 10 minutes walk. It was a Monday evening and only one of them (Il Trabucco) was open - but it was very good indeed, an excellent recommendation. Room had quiet effective aircon. Really nice towels, bedding and toiletries provided.

All rooms are 1st or 2nd floor and there is no lift, so be prepared for steps (but it's an easy wide staircase). Our room was fairly cramped, OK for our 1-night stay but would have been difficult for any longer. Please note, though, that the owners offered us a larger room at the same price - but it was 2nd floor so we chose the smaller 1st-floor room because one of us has some mobility difficulty.

We had a lovely stay. I will say my room and I got the smallest room of the three rooms. It was fine for one night, but it would be difficult to stay there for a week. My brother and his wife got the best room with a really nice balcony. The breakfast outside was really nice too. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful with all our excess baggage.

Historic Villa renovated with style. Modern touches that made our stay very comfortable in a room that was very clean with a small balcony and small but complete bathroom with a bigger than expected shower (great water pressure!). The host was very kind, helpful with local suggestions, and offered an abundant breakfast all that added to our pleasant stay.

As soon as we arrived, the owner met us, told us where we could go to eat, about Wi-Fi and took us to our room. The house looks amazing, everything is very exquisite. The breakfasts were gorgeous, everything was fresh and varied. And of course the service, each client is treated with special attention and this is very nice. The sea is very close, but do not forget special slippers for swimming, as the bottom is rocky and it is very easy to get hurt.

I really like everything. It’s an amazing place to stay for a holiday. People there are very friendly. The breakfast is really delicious and the view is stunning. I love the entire trip and I really recommend to everyone.

To be honest I really like everything. No complain. Everything was extremely good!

We were greeted with kindless and usedul tips by Massimiliano. We loved exceptional breakfast with a range of local and savoury products and espresso machine in the room. For the facility, we enjoyed spacious room with high ceiling and common terrace area where we relaxed during the evenings.
