Reception great. Friendly staff very clean. Organised tours for us at great rates. Even org diner reservations

It was a little further away from the old town but rates so good worth taking taxi into and out of ortiga

I have to choose between the wifi covering room / Clim efficiency… Swing pool is nice . The location is facility for customer with a car . Because of 3 Km of distance to tourism area . Without connection by public transport.

Had a slight issue with the aircon in one of the rooms and the decor within our rooms were tired.

Great location, a very big room and friendly personel.

The hotel feels like past its glory days. It looks and still has a bit of the feel of what once was a beautiful hotel, but time has gotten a grip on it.

Price worthy hotel - an old stand by - it does the job - check-in procedures could go a lot faster (it took me more than half an hour before my room was actually ready although I arrived at the hotel around 17pm, but the room wasn't cleaned yet)

A very dark lobby - the staff at the reception desk seemed to be disorganized - hotel is old and could do with some renovation.

The staff was Really friendly to us as guests and did Their best to give us a Pleasant stay. I liked the room, even if the furniture was a bit old, it was what you see in the pictures. The balcony was Nice, it was no furniture on it but it was just to Carry it out from the room.

It was located a bit of and not in a area with a lot of tourists. We booked it mostly for the pool, and it needed to be cleaned more often.

The hotel is nearly all closed up, all the window shutters are down and the pool is padlocked. The hotel interior is more than 50 years old, the carpet and furnishings are stained and the hotel smells. The hotel is far from everything with no public transport. I do not recommend staying here at all
