Bed was comfortable. Pillows nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice for the standard setup but some cooked food was extra. In all was a good base although 25min walk to the historic town. Could get a closer hotel but may pay more. Had a small Gym but didnt use it.

Breakfast good but have to pay addional charge for some of the cooked food. Parking is mostly under an avenue of trees and our car got covered in bird poo. Try and park in the small hotel carpark if you can. Had a room upgrade but wasnt very large room. Shower room has wierd door arrangement with sink just outside the room?? TV all italian channels. Wife had a nice massage in the spa, although a bit pricey. Forget the pool its in the basement, tiny and you have to pay for spa entry.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities, especially the spa area. (You do have to pay additionally to access this though.) One of the evenings there was a party of local ladies in and it was great seeing them enjoying themselves and that locals also benefit from the facilities. We were upgraded on arrival which of course was an added bonus and the room certainly was very spacious and the bed huge. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and staff were generally really helpful. While we didn't make much use of the rooftop bar, it looked like a great place for spending warm summer nights.

The hotel is quite a distance from Ortiga and there are very few restaurants or cafés nearby, meaning you either have to stick to the hotel's facilities, pay for a taxi or be prepared to walk quite a bit. There are regular busses, but the bus stop is still a bit away. I wasn't entirely convinced by the obsession with QR codes for accessing information or ordering things, ir the 'self-service bar'. While this sounded like a great idea, prices were pretty steep considering you had to prepare your own.

A stylish and modern hotel with a character. We were happy with the room, its cleaniness and amenities. Breakfast was adequate. Friendly and polite staff. At some point I had a complain about breakfast to which the manager responded immediately and positively. Free and safe parking in front of the hotel is a bonus.

Super kind hotel team. Best breakfast in Sicily (You can order everything as you wish, including the ingredients of your smoothie) and the Spa has everything you need and great treatment around. There was even some whole wheat bread-ish croissant - which is actually not existing on that island. And it was one the lowest plastic places we have found (which is hard in Italy). Best healthy sleep included.

The rooms were beautiful and finely decorated, with a lot of style. We got a room upgrade and could enjoy our own private rooftop. The shower was great and so were the beds. Everyone was kind, the place is beautiful, and the rooftop is perfect for a summer night.

The breakfast wasn’t great; not that many options, and both days the omelettes we ordered were too salty. It’s quite far away from the city centre.

The spa is exceptional - we had a lovely afternoon having treatments and enjoying the pool, sauna & salt caves. The room was big and comfortable and everything very clean and modern. Breakfast was also great!

If you don’t have a car, the location could be a challenge - it’s on the outer edge of Syracuse, about a half hour walk into Ortigia. We drove in when we wanted to explore the town. We got unlucky in that they had some building works on the roof while we were staying, so it was noisy in the morning - however the staff moved us to a bigger room further away the next night so it wasn’t really an issue in the end!

Hotel location is not the best, there is nothing around and you have to get a car ride to get to the old part of the centre. We had a view on someone's yard, where there was couple of things going: 1. construction 2. children playing football 3. dog barking These 3 things together can get disturbing

The friendly and accommodating staff couldn't have been more helpful. We don't tend to travel light and were given a spacious room with a private outdoor area. The in house dining was quite good too with a range of traditional Italian to Japanese. Parking's right out front which was handy for moving our bags. A real oasis in busy Siracusa.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Staff were wonderful. Room was bright and clean. Left items behind and hotel messaged me right away letting me know I left some cloths in closet. Fantastic rooftop bar, and area to work. Outstanding breakfast of eggs, meats, pastries, coffee, fruit, etc...everything you could want for breakfast, and more :-).. Nice gym.

Nothing. Everything was amazing. Wanted to go back there for tonight but they were full.
