The property was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was situated in the middle of the city with easy access to all areas and the railway station a 15 min walk away. The jacuzzi was amazing and the little balcony a delight. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower sleek and modern.

Did not dislike anything. Our stay was perfect, right down to the slippers so thoughtfully provided.

Lovely modern, clean and very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. There’s a lift so no carrying luggage up stairs. Great location in the old town of Ortigia. The check in process was clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful large apartment with small balconies looking out over the Ortigia roof tops to the north east so sunny most of the day. It was very central on the main pedestrian street so we could walk in any direction to markets, restaurants, cafes and bars and see all the island. It was great to have cooking facilities for a change.

The room and bathroom were great but the kitchen a bit dirty (drains, glassware, etc) and no dishwasher/tablets but quickly addressed by responsive WhatsApp contact with additional dishwashing liquid, and we now know the hard water leaves white residue. You can opt out of room cleaning or pay additional fee for every day… no between option but could ask for longer stays.

This apartment was honestly just perfect. We had a sea view, which meant top of the building, but there is a little old-fashioned lift, which we thought was cute and worked very well. The room was just beautiful, spacious, and clean. Was was comfy and air con, which was on, and we did not need to touch it when we were there so very comfortable. The location is just perfect. You can walk everywhere. Communication with the booking staff was great and you dont see anyone to collect your keys. 2 female travellers i felt very safe here. I would definitely stay here again.

The lights in the stairs well if you didn't take the lift were off at night so we did need our phone touch. There was no luggage safe space, so you can't leave luggage prior to check-in or Check-Out. But host did share details of local company that could do this for me. I did not end up using so cant share experience.

The apartment in Ortigia was amazing and exceeded our expectations. It’s right in the city center, just steps from the main square, with a supermarket, coffee shop, and granita place nearby. The main parking is about a 10-minute walk away. From the balcony, there’s a lovely view, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. Check-in was simple thanks to the host’s clear self check-in instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

It is an extremely comfortable B&B. Living room, bathroom, bedroom, room size all happen to benefit well. Each room has a small balcony with a beautiful sea view. Getting up in the morning, I stepped into the small balcony, took a deep breath, and saw the clear sky, amazing clouds, and the blue sea in the distance, which is a beautiful beginning of the day. The facilities in the room are not perfunctory at all, and are sincerely for what the guests need. The heated towel rack for drying is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for this B&B, which relieved my fatigue on the travelling road and show me a more beautiful city!

Great central location near Diana Fountain. Apartment is modern refurbished in an old palazzo. Quite large with separate bedroom and living area/Kitchenette.

We asked for 1hr extension for checkout but host said it is not possible. (We wanted to check out at 11am instead of 10am and check-in time is from 3pm). At booking we asked for luggage storage or early check-in but we got no answer. When I asked again host said he will tell us the day before arrival. Host did not contact us. We called when we arrived. Host gave us early check-in - no extra charge. We just had to wait one hour in the Piazza.

We booked the deluxe apartment (no 4) overlooking the street. It was large, modern with a very comfortable bed. It had a good bathroom with an excellent shower. There were 4 small balconies which looked into the street. The kitchenette was well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, kettle and hot plate. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the room cool (it was 33 degrees outside). The building is close to the Diana Fountain and the old town. Also about a 10 minute walk from the sea front. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

2 minor problems: 1. The electric shutters did not work, although fabric curtains cut out the light instead. 2. The apartments are not very well soundproofed so we could hear the occupants of the adjoining flats. First night we had very noisy neighbours but after that it was fine.

EVERYTHING! The location was perfect, the owners were more than accommodating and the room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the centre and having a range of restaurants and facilities close by. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Siracusa. Marco and Martina are the best hosts you could have and made our stay very enjoyable and we felt comfortable to ask as many questions as we needed too. Nothing was ever a problem and we can’t wait to stay again :)

Besides the lock box not being bolted in and not having a washing machine on-site, there was nothing we didn’t like! There was a laundry very close by that we used.
