Location excellent for restaurants, shopping, lido - everything! Very helpful, responsive staff who made me fresh juice in the morning. Rooftop terrace a beautiful bonus. We booked the triple room as it was last room available- glad we did as nice and spacious for 2 people and other rooms look quite small. I agree with other reviewers that bathroom was very tiny, could be difficult to access for large individuals or those with mobility issues. For us it wasn’t a problem and we still give this property a 10 as we would definitely recommend and return.

Tiny bathroom- although it was spotlessly clean.

First the location - just over the bridge and very close to the marina. This is a great location to explore the small island of Ortigia. Second the B & B - lovely renovated B&B, newly renovated, lovely space from the moment you enter. The room was exactly as advertised and we had a balcony which was nice to see the harbor in the distance. The hotel had a very big roof top terrace that looked out to the harbor. We had a wonderful breakfast here each day. Third the proprietors - although we did not meet Valentino he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. He gave us many lunch & dinner recommendations as well. His sister Dalila was so lovely. Do not hesitate to stay here you will not be disappointed.

The parking in Ortigia is a bit of a challenge but this was not the fault of our hosts. It’s just the nature of the island itself.

Thanks to the host for a fantastic stay. The location of this B&B was seriously perfect. Right near the water with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and activities within a couple of minutes walk. The B&B itself is very quiet with great views of the marina from the terrace. Breakfast with delicious and features pastries and things from a local bakery. For the price, the value is definitely there and I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Syracuse!

The Residencia was well located by the harbour and was a small traditional house set 1 road back from the water's edge. The rooms were well presented and modern. The central location was perfect for sights and restaurants

Very central and cute B&B. We went to a nice cafe for breakfast, lovely owner and really good homemade pastries. The room was very clean, big and cosy. The terrace is beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t appreciate it because it was raining. The owner is super nice!!
