I choose this hotel for the second time, because : -the sea is right across the street. -I can walk the dogs along the embankment here. -Miramare Castle is about 300 m away. -private parking. -the bus from here goes directly to the center. -pleasant staff. -there are no screams of children because the hotel is exclusively for adults. -the dogs got gifts from the hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location, at the beach and along the long coastal walking path and an amazing view to the bay of Trieste and Miramare castle. All rooms have seaview and balconies or terraces. Rooms are designed in such a way that you can enjoy seaview from the bed and also from the bathroom. Interiors are maritime style inspired which goes perfectly with the location of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing, selection of food at breakfast is very good and quality of food at breakfast is excellent. They offer welcome aperitivo on the day of arrival in the hotel bar. Parking is included in the price. Rooms are very clean.

Certain parts of rooms need a little maintenance as they are starting to show the signs of wear, especially in the bathroom around shower. Hotel is located near quite a busy road thus you can hear the traffic also during the night but it is not too bad.

I liked getting up in the morning being able to open my balcony door & enjoying the fresh air & peacefulness. The thought that I didn't have to worry about where to go for breakfast. I enjoyed the interaction of the friendly staff in the breakfast room & the different variety of food on a daily basis.

I would have liked to have a drying rack on my balcony to dry off my towel & swimwear on a daily basis & a lounge chair to relax & get a tan. I had wished for more dining options within the area & offer of daily excursions.

Let's say right away that as a location this hotel is unrivaled, within a 10-minute walk you are at the Miramare. Nice is the little terrace where you can lie down and sunbathe. The younger lady at the reception is very nice.

The parking spaces reserved for the hotel are few and narrow, and acrobatic skills are needed to park, otherwise we were told there is a shared parking lot up ahead. The room is tiny, some details have signs of wear and tear, the thing that puzzled me most was the electrical outlet next to the sink faucet. Also to turn a lamp on and off we had to alternately plug it into two different outlets. The shower has a ridiculously short plastic curtain, with water going to the floor, such a situation is not worthy of a four-star hotel! The breakfast is very rich. Be careful though: the coffee machine dispenses tourist coffee, those who want real coffee must request it from the waitress.

We loved everything, from the location - easy accessible from the main road, free parking on site, looking at the sea, super helpful and friendly staff, complementary aperitif, lovely breakfast and a room with a view of the gorgeous Adriatic sea. Also there is long boardwalk for enjoying the sea air. They were so nice toward my two, big, dogs and that is one of the most important things for me. My full recommendation of this hotel and next time in Trieste this hotel will be our only choice.

We loved everything

Nice place, we rented 2 rooms, one single and one double. We arrived before opening dinner time hours and we were greeted with free appetisers and a glass of wine/ water at preference with a voucher we got. The view from the rooms to the sea gives you a moment of calmness that is especially felt in the morning. The place was clean and tidy. The restaurant was very good, we served fresh fish of the day and in the morning the breakfast had a wide selection of everything you wish for; Mihaela was particularly helpful and very nice, she even prepared candles on a cake because that day was my birthday. Nice touch;) The parking is in front of hotel. I would for sure return and we warmly recommend this place. The Miramare Castle is walking distance from the place or a couple of minutes by car.

The rooms were not large but we didn't necessarily found this as a major inconvenient and we hope you won't too.

Very well located hotel, with a beautiful view of the sea, Trieste and Miramare Castle. Polite and helpful service. Delicious breakfasts. I sincerely recommend this place - not only in the tourist season!

The only downside I can see was the poor internet connection and the bed being a bit too low. Apart from that, it's really hard to complain about anything and, despite the minor inconveniences mentioned, I still recommend this place.

Beautiful rooms with lots of pillows and a gorgeous sea view. The included breakfast was delicious. It comes with specialty coffee and you can even add on things like omelets and other eggs.

It’s a good distance from the main center of the city and it’s extremely warm. In April, our room was about 26C (82F) and there were no fans or moving air. Our only choice was to keep the door to the balcony open which led to a lot of noise and a daily 5am wake up by people practicing martial arts with sticks right outside our window. Additionally, we had a TINY load of laundry done which ended up costing €88 and there was no prices on the laundry list so we were a bit surprised at the cost. Lastly, we weren’t prioritized like the other guests during breakfast service. One morning we were completely ignored and the other two mornings it was clear that the staff gave preference to Italian speaking guests.

The location of the hotel is beautiful with views of the sea and was about a 10/15 minute walk to the castle Miramare. The bar downstairs was lovely and was offered a welcome drink. Staff were very friendly and polite. The view from the room was gorgeous out to sea and the room was modern and clean.

Some of the food for the breakfast buffet could do with covers over the top of them as they were a bit hard from being left out but a good range of choice.
