The hotel provides an excellent service for 2 star but the staff are 5 star. Always cheerful and helpful, keen to sort out any queries or problems. Rooms are newly refurbished and cleaned to a high standard. The location is excellent with a beautiful 3 mile seafront walk to Miramare castle which has luscious gardens and despite its popularity, plenty of peaceful and quiet places to admire the views. Bus routes everywhere from outside the hotel so no need for car hire or alternatively there is a ferry from Miramare to central Trieste. Baracola has a feeling of a lovely old fashioned seaside resort for people of all ages.

The room was very clean. I was a bit unsure from the outside as didn't look very inviting but once I got inside it was great. Good wifi. There wasn't any parking but was space in the side streets next to the hotel. Was right on the main street near the beach but about 10 mins drive to town. Would recommend

The hotel is front seaside, I spent a weekend in Autumn and the weather was not the best one, I can only guess how wonderful can be in Spring or summer time or even in cold season when the sky is clear :):) Breakfast was not included. but just next to the Hotel there is a very good place

The room was cold and the blanket a bit "hidden", so I did not find the first night. When I asked for it the day after I was said ok, but I did not find. The girl at the reception then came and showed me....Not a big issue, but why not explaining clearly ??? Some more coffee would have been appreciated

The room was perfect, nice bed with a kettle and some tea, coffee and snacks. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Nice view and location. Next to the Barcola and bus station was crossing the street. Receptionist was nice.

I lost my pijama and I notice a few hours after I left the hotel and I asked if they found it, the told me they did not found it, that I should have lost it and that they will search again. They told me again that there was nothing. I make my suitcase there and I actually left it in the hotel for a few hours after check out and I never opeded until I my new hotel. They could just told me that they through away the clothes they found as policy and I would understand, but they kept telling me that they didn't find anything. The stay was perfect, but this was disappointing.

I was passing through by bike and was very impressed by the hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom is modern and leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as is the price-performance ratio. The sea/beach is just a few meters from the hotel, as are restaurants and breakfast options. My room faced the street, and the view of the sea was great. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well with the window open. The room was also equipped with air conditioning, although I didn’t need to use it. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of in this hotel. Absolutely recommendable. Great location, just in front of the sea, city bike station and bus station. It is in the middle between the city of Trieste and Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (I recommend to go on foot or by bike, the view is wonderful). They do not offer breakfast, but just next to the hotel there is a great cafe Pipolo with delicious cicchetti. Also there are nice restaurants nearby, one next to the hotel and another, Pizza Club (try their pizza with big burrata in the middle), very close. The staff is nice and very helpful. The rooms and common spaces are very clean. In the common space there are tables and seats where you can work on your laptop and there is also a very nice terrace.

This is a really nice hotel near to Trieste. It is easily accessable by public transportation (airport bus, local buses and local ferry. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The staff was exeptional, the receptionists were super helpful, informative and both the check-in + check-out process went smooth. The cleaning staff was also helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is truly the best, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and bus station.

As far as I know they don't offer breakfast and it might be good to consider, but I'm not sure to be honest.

The room was stunning, amazing sea view, big balcony, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel is in front of the beach, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by, the bus stop is opposite the hotel, the room was super clean and the receptionist Rebecca super kind, polite, friendly and welcoming. Not my first time in this hotel, neither my last, Will definitely come back!

No breakfast offered, but in the room there is tea and coffee and some sweets.

Price/ worth ratio is exceptional. If you use bike sharing the city center is also close, while Barcola beach is right at your doorsteps. Staff was really kind. (Yes, they do not have fridge, but i) it is communicated in the information, ii) the grocery store is close and the veggie shop is direct neighbor.
