Excellent location. We were looking for somewhere with parking, close to the water and with easy access to the city. This ticks all these boxes - it is 3 minutes to the beach and there is a good bus service into the city.

There was a strange rule about turning the air conditioning off at night. Air conditioning was one of my criteria as I am a very hot sleeper. We did not need the air conditioning on during the day but only wanted it on at night. I would suggest making this clearer before people book with the expectation of night time air-con. Having said that we did bend the rules a bit and no one seemed to care! We were out all day with the air con off, so I didn't feel too bad!

Very helpful staff, super location, nice outside space, air con. There is a bus stop to the city centre just outside of the building, easy to get tickets, just tap credit card on the bus, 1.5 euro per ticket. Couple minutes away is the beach, it’s more of a concrete and rocks, but stairs every few meters, so easy to get into water. There is also a little pebble beach where you can get into with smaller kids, it’s probably about 10 mins from the hotel. There are plenty of play parks on the beach, in the shade. We absolutely loved the location. The staff have told us about everything and recommended some restaurants nearby etc. I have left my kindle in the property and they have arranged for it to be shipped over to me, packaged it up and made sure I got it, so I really appreciate it! Just a fab accommodation, we would definitely come back there if ever in Trieste.

great location, we really enjoyed the garden, gym was pretty decent in comparison with other hotels and we also welcomed the possibility to use a washer

i really believe it was some kind of misunderstanding, as many people here are saying that the property is very clean, but when we arrived, our room floor was very dirty. we had a crawling baby so we decided to wipe the floor ourselves. we had to do it twice, because the water in which we rinsed the mop was black. as i said, i do believe it was a misunderstanding or some mistake, not on purpose. what we also didnt like was that the A/C was doing very lound noises every night, as if it was turned on, but it wasn’t. also be prepared to pay for parking 10euros per night, even though the parking is on the hotel’s property. and on top of that, you have to pay it by cash.

Sadly I can't remember the name of the lady at reception, she was extremely kind, attentive and helpful! Especially with the parking, which can be tricky with a bigger car, but the fact that you're able to have your own place in this area is exceptional! The room was very clean, very well equipped, had a great garden on the ground floor.

It's not a 'dislike' just a warning: there is an automatic sprinkler system in the garden - be mindful where you place your stuff to dry... if you know what I mean. ;) Also - you'll need cash for the tourist tax and parking fee!

Location of the apartment is excellent, near the main road and not too far from Trieste center by car. Apartment has private parking which costs 10 euros per day. The room was superb, everything was brand new, very clean and cozy. The young lady working at the reception was really polite and communicative. She gave us very useful info about the city of Trieste and where to go for a nice walk, shopping and to find some nice places for dinner.

Only thing I was missing in the room were slippers, everything else was top notch!

Professional receptionist lady. She was very kind, motivated, happy and dynamic :-) Kitchen area is fully equipped. Location is optimal. Very-very good generally.

Modern, clean and fully equipped apartment with air conditioner and very nice kitchen. Friendly and very helpful personal. Close to the sea and some local shops. Perfect location. Easy to get to the City Centre for a good night out or shopping. We keep coming back every year and I always recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very nice, clean and big apartman. Kitchen is equipped for small cooking and preparing of a breakfast. Small terrace on the front of the entrnace door is great for using. Fitness and relaxing room is great. Parking place is near, price is 10euros per night. The owners are very kind and helpfull.

Nice apartment on the ground floor with big garden. Master bedroom very spacious. Not far to the public beach and public transport into city center. Personnel very friendly and super helpful.

Living room a bit too tight when couch is used as a bed which we did, but ok.

We loved the interior of our apartment. There was all needed equipment and even more. Very convenient parking lot. But the best of the best was the location - 100 meters from Barcola beach... The view, the climate, the park and the promenade is outstanding. And if this would not be enough there is a Marimare Castle available by walk.

Hard to find anything... Maybe free parking and more coffe capsules in welcome pack:)
