The hotel is located in the center of Tropea, close to everything, but our room was quiet. We had a spacious, beautiful room with a comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is kind and helpful. When I told them I was gluten-sensitive, they offered me a variety of gluten-free treats for breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Simple accommodation with an amazing view from the terrace. Steep stairs going up to the rooms and the breakfast area. We stayed three nights and it was absolutely fine, but for a longer stay I might want to look for more comfort. It wasn’t too loud despite being very centrally located. And the owner (staff?), all women, were simply 12 out of 10. Very attentive, very kind and helpful, they give the whole place a certain home-like feel. We appreciated that a lot.

B&B in the middle from Tropea, you can see the Sunset from the Terrace, Breakfast is served on the Terrace. Good Coffee. Beach and everything is in Walking distance. Very Friendly and helpfull Staff.

Breakfast could get a little upgrade, with fresh Bread instead of only Toast. Parking in Tropea is not always easy. The Blueline is expensive, so be prepared if you arrive on a Saturday evening. There are a few Stairsteps in the building to reach the Rooms and no elevator available. If you have Problems walking, it could be a bit tricky.

Superb location in the middle of Tropea. Great sound isolation makes the room very quiet. Rooms are comfortable, homely and very clean. Good air conditioning and a nice balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast area has a very nice terrace with a view over the sea. Breakfast is typical italian with sweets, juice and coffee but some toast, cheese, meats and yoghurt is also available. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are cleaned every day.

We loved the rooftop terrace views over the charming old town to the sea; the delightful and helpful hosts, Luca and Esther, who went out their way to accommodate us; the old town location within walking distance of the beach and piazzas and shops, restaurants, etc.

The many flight of stairs which were the price of the best room in the house: the Michelangelo room at the top with its own balcony with a great view.

We loved Esther....she was so wonderful and made sure we were well looked after and happy. She cleaned our rooms every day which was over and above what we expected. Her breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day. She organised a taxi for our departure and we were truly spoit by her. We absolutely loved our stay at LoryLu. It was in the perfect position in the centre of town surrounded by great shops and restaurants

The 3 flights of stairs but that couldn't be avoided

Central location, yet also quiet, although over a restaurant. Large bathroom (especially shower) and big comfy bed. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room down quickly.

Bedroom was comfortable but small and wouldn't want to have too many bags for storage space in the room. Also bear in mind need to walk up two flights of stairs. Also sound proofing works well for outside, however not inside hallways, we had other travellers making allot of noise with doors late in the night.

Perfect location in Tropea old town. Eveything is just around the corner. Good breakfast and friendly staff. And I have to say that the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, has an amazing view!

For us this place was perfect. If you have trouble climbing a lot of stairs, then you might want to stay somewhere else. But with ”good legs” stairs are fine.

The location is excellent; in a tiny, charming square in the historic centre of Tropea. The room was two flights up, and the terrace for breakfast (or enjoying the afternoon), is one more flight up. I found my room authentic 👍 and comfortable. This is not a cookie-cutter chain property, but run by a kind owner and named after her children. Delightful and unique. I look forward to returning !

I didn't dislike anything really. Being in the historic centre, it's not as if there's a large car park on site, so I was offered a space some blocks away for an additional €10 a day.

Wonderful B&B for our overnight stay in Tropea. Luca and Esther are beautiful hosts. They helped us settle in, and prepared a very generous breakfast for us in the morning on the rooftop terrace with a view that you have to see to believe 😍. Excellent location in the middle of the old town close to restaurants and sights, with parking outside the limited traffic zone. It's then a few minutes easy walk into the accommodation. Room was comfortable, well decorated with a small balcony and view of town. Lovely bathroom!
