The property is right in the centre and not far from the public parking, about a 7 min walk. We parked for 2 nights and it cost €18 euros. Very realistic price. The room was large with two large beds attached together. The wardrobe was very flimsy. There was tea and coffee facilities but no instructions on how to use and only 2 coffee pods the whole stay and no milk. There was a mini fridge with free water. The bathroom was great with complimentary products. We had use of the Spa in the cost of our room for 90 mins. This was exclusively for us and we had a very relaxing time. It would have been nice to have had some music during this experience but there was none. Not normal for a Spa? Breakfast was good, but the lady Martine did hover and kinda watched whilst you had breakfast. This was off putting being the only diner for breakfast and the feeling of being watched. Coffee was delicious but you had to ask each time you needed a top up. There was a facility to use a bag store if the room wasn’t ready. Which on our visit it wasn’t and we were advised we had to wait. I’m sure it could have been released to us early but they kept strictly to the 3pm! 🙄

The location was perfect, right in the city center. The hotel itself and the rooms were modern, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of coffee options and plenty of sweet pastries and croissants. The staff was very friendly, and there was a secure luggage room available if you wanted to explore the city after checking out. The in-room minibar was complimentary, stocked with two bottles of water (one still and one sparkling), a can of Coke, and two pastries. It was a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

Very centrally located, everything clothing the historic centre is in walking distance. The standard room are OK, for a short stay over absolutely fitted. Be aware that it may be loud as the rooms (ours) faced the main street. The breakfast is good, the cappuccino strong and good. All in all a recommendable place to stay.

The rooms are really standard. According to the website we expected a bit more style.

This is a beautiful place worth staying and using their spa services. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Tatiana (thank you for helping me get a taxi!) and the girl who spoke Spanish. The breakfast was very varied and delicious.

We arrived after 2 pm and our room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait about 40 minutes.

Location is spectacular. Very walkable area. No parking on premises and the garages close by are expensive €25/10 hours. You don’t need a car just getting around near the hotel area though and can walk from train station to hotel if you want. There are also a good amount of taxis nearby and the hotel was great to call one for us when needed. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was better than the standard cornetto and caffe you find at other hotels.

This is a great hotel. It is actually a palace that has been converted into a hotel. It has got all the modern amenities you can wish for when travelling. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is centrally located in Vicenza, close to all the main attractions such as Basalica and Teatro Olimpico. The walk from the train station took us about 15 minutes. Highly recommended if you are planning to visit Vicenza.

Can't think of anything that was not to the expectations. Just one thing to be aware of is that check out time is actually 10:30 am, and not 11 am as per booking.com

Incredible location right in the middle of Vicenza and 10 minutes away from the train station. Reception staff were incredibly kind and ready to assist with anything. The room was really nice and the bed was huge and comfortable.

I wish the storage space was larger, I had two luggages and I found the wardrobe quite small.

Beautiful, and well-maintained interior, perfect location for discovering downtown by walking, fantastic advice at the reception where to go at what time of the day. The parking was a little further, but we could drive in to drop off our luggage at the hotel entrance. And the walk wasn't terrible at all, we had only carry-on luggage, and we decided just to pull them to the garage when we.

Great location 15 mins walk from the train station, easy to locate, we were in family room with 4 beds, the room was very spacious, great size bathroom with lovely shower. Lots of toiletries ! Breakfast was again in a lovely room , looked compact but there was ample choice of warm and cold buffet. Pleasant lady served coffee on request. Wi-Fi worked well.

The property is centrally located and it is close to main city sights. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable, although more on smaller size. Breakfast is nice and choices are good.

Although the site shows that check in time is 14h (2pm) we waited more than one hour to get into the room. But more than that, the staff did not have any sympathy for the situation, they did not even offer a glass of water to make waiting a bit more bearable. That really overcasted the initial experience and it stayed with us for the duration of our stay. Staff should try to be more friendly!
