Loved how well maintained the property was. They were very accommodating too.

I wish there were more dining options, especially that catered to children. I didn’t care for such limited options with food. I didn’t like that they didn’t allow personal snacks outside of our rooms. If we’re there with toddlers, it’s an inconvenience to be out at the pool and not have snacks that they prefer. My kid wasn’t happy. I also just felt that, overall, compared to other similar resorts I’ve stayed around the country, the price tag should have been slightly lower.

Great luxury end hotel with lots of pools and a couple of restaurants Food was excellent and the service was good as well. The desert ridge area is on the edge of Phoenix and makes a good choice for those to wish to stay a little be further out of the downtown area.

Spending a quiet evening on the lazy river and floating in a pool was very nice. we liked the bell service and the in room tv.

The hot tub was dirty with algae and not hot. the rooms need a mixrowave to enjoy all our leftovers we could store in the fridge but couldn’t wat. It was difficult to get a bottle of water or soda because we could not find where any were sold other than the boutique store far from our room.

I liked the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff.

The TV in my room never worked - it kept shutting off and restarting. I notified the front desk upon arrival and again but it was never repaired. That was disappointing

Great stay. Excellent staff. Used all the pools. The concierge pool is 150 per person. It's a little greedy. We also reserved a cabana at the spa pool and enjoyed that. Good food, drinks. We ate at all the restaurants, 26, Meritage and Roys even though Roys isn't a part of the hotel it is on-premises. We used the spa. It was a good stay. The prices have gone up but we still had a wonderful time.

The fire alarm went off at 6:15 am and woke the entire (900 rooms) hotel up and the next day the lights went off in our section of the hotel in the morning for about 10 minutes. That was annoying and there was no mention of the inconvenience at check-out. I think they should mention it. Clearly, they can't give a discount but big events like that should be addressed. Spa services were outstanding as well as the women who work in the dressing areas - they work hard and are always helpful.

The service was outstanding, Everyone was friendly and very happy/helpful. I wish you would have pool noodles and two chairs in the room for both people to sit at the table to eat the wonderful room service food.

Lack of food choices. Only one restaurant open for lunch or pool option. Not all that great.

Lazy River was perfect for our group. Kids enjoyed arcade area. Beautifully landscaped property. Quiet at night. Felt safe. Great fitness center. Early check in was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Long walk from self park. We had Starbucks on 7/6 but on 7/7 there was an unexplained charge of about $12 on check out day.

Love the amenities. Pool staff was amazing.

I was charged for valet that I didn’t use… over billed over paid. I self parked and paid for that too.
