Paid Booking.com, then was charged again at the hotel. Was told upon checking out that they would look into it and we would get a credit back on our card. Never received the credit. So we ended up paying twice. I would not recommend Booking.com or Embassy Suites Dulles. Not sure if Booking.com or Embassy Suite are to blame, but it didn’t seem that we were getting anywhere with either. All I want is one of the two to refund me what I was overcharged. Very disappointed in the professionalism of both.

I always appreciate staying at the Embassy Suites. It's clean and the rooms are quiet despite being around a 6-story atrium. It's also convenient to visit my parents.

There is construction in the parking lot but I wish the lights worked in that area as it's very dark coming in at night. They used to charge for parking in an open parking lot but they have dropped that charge.

It's clean. Despite having a 6-story atrium the rooms are very quiet because the sleeping area is away from the atrium. I also like having a separate living area as my husband is often up late and I can close the door to the bedroom and not be disturbed.

There is not always staff at the front desk so no one answers when I call from my room.

Embassy Suites is always lovely. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable and well appointed. The atrium was beautiful. They also had a great happy hour to help wind down the evening. And thank God for a later check out! I'll definitely make a return trip.

That I couldn't stay another day. The location is a bit off the beaten path.

The hotel looked brand new. I loved how modern the decor was. Everything was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were very well insulated; felt as though we were the only guests.

The beds were not that comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary drinks during happy hour were totally unexpected, but welcomed. Ease of check-in and check-out was great.

Had to stand and wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me in. Walked in to the lobby to an empty desk with a sign "Will return in 5-10 minutes"

When checking in I asked when the bar closed and was told 10:00. I walked in from dinner just after 9 and the bar tender said he had just closed, he had the personality of a wet rag. I did not expect a live band but he was a turn off

Everything was so good. Room, pillows, space, happy hour and overall breakfast!! Will definitely go again!

Nothing at all Well in our last day I asked in the happy hour for red wine and there was none , bartender left the bar and went for them. Felt bad because there were more people waiting for their drinks

Breakfast was good. Room size and cleanliness was very good. i have stayed here before, looks to be recently updated. Overall, nice place with friendly staff and clean rooms.

Parking fee is silly for a non urban hotel. I understand parking fees in cities with tight parking options, but this is not an urban area. The parking fee is just an extra money grab.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool but the gym was good..check in was easy and Ida was friendly and knowledgeable.
