Location was perfect - room very clean. I especially liked the stationary shampoo conditioner etc,

The exterior doors could have been a little bit more user friendly. I didn't ask for accessible accommodations but I do have mobility issues and to try to hold on to the cart and open the door was not easy. Fortunately someone always seem to be someone nearby to help me. Also in the bathroom the grab bar was inside the shower, opposite wall from the door! Not very useful 😕.

Due to flight delays I didn’t check in until midnight, the night front desk worker happily helped me . It was pretty clean. The mattress was awesome .The front desk attendants were very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The maintenance guy I bumped into in the hallway noticed my hands full and volunteered to open my room door for me .

I stayed 4-5 days. Room was never cleaned . Trash was never taken . Towels wasn’t changed. The pool wasn’t that clean

So a pleasure to meet such welcoming staff. Our flight was canceled early in the morning and the front desk manager ABDI did everything possible to make our day relaxing till we were are to book a later flight. Everyone from the server at breakfast to the driver to the airport were absolutely amazing.

Front desk, restaurant, and bar employees were all helpful, and pleasant. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

One of my rooms was not ready until after 4pm, and I was hopeful to be able to check in at 3pm, as stated on the website

Comfortable bed, clean, restaurant/bar in the hotel, shuttle service to Dulles airport. Starbucks Is available just across the parking lot if you just want a snack or cup of coffee

Stayed for very short duration can't comment more. But my stay and support of hotel staff was amazing and highly appreciated.

Staff support and courtesy. Their support was outstanding

The in-lobby bar and restaurant is a great feature. Saved me going out for dinner and had great conversation. Staff was excellent.
