It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable.

The breakfast was just ok. Food quality was decent but.i have stayed at other Hampton Inn’s and the quality was better. Despite that the staff was terrific who was managing the breakfast area. We were there 3 mornings and only had breakfast there the first morning. Only grabbed coffee the next 2 days.

That I got charged 30$ more then what the total said when I booked the room. The staff said I prepaid when I hadn’t and when checking out I handed the staff my room keys and nothing else was said. Found out after we left that my account got charged 30 more dollars then expected

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, facilities were very clean and inviting. Rooms were large, clean and the decor was nice. Bathroom was very clean and everything you needed for your stay was provided. Breakfast area was beautiful, pool area very nice with comfortable seating and there was a great gathering place right outside the pool door that we enjoyed with our Son and his Fiance. We would most certainly stay again if in that area. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is in Richmond, Virginia or the surrounding area. We stayed overnight for the Nascar race

The staff was wonderful, very inviting and attentive. The room was very clean and while I don’t usually take advantage of the usual complementary breakfast we did on this stay and it was great.

Very mild dislikes but the room was road side and late afternoon and early mornings there was a lot of road noise even on the 5th floor. But also keep in mind that broad street turn into the autobahn when there are no cops in sight. The only other dislike was we didn’t find the weighted comforter appealing at all.

Breakfast was awesome. The location was absolutely amazing. The staff was so so nice and very accommodating.

Everything was exceptional! I was highly impressed with the staff who provided excellent customer service to their guests. Room was very clean and breakfast was good as well.

The morning breakfast was good. The potatoes and eggs were nice and hot. I would have liked to see a various type of muffins. My enjoyed the oatmeal. Please add some bananas to the fresh fruits.

Everything was beautiful and the location was AWESOME. The room was well decorated and bright.

Breakfast was great, including the selection. The area to have breakfast was wonderful and homey.

There was a Kuerig in the room which was nice but there was only one regular and one decaf coffee and no tea selections.

Breakfast was tasty and hot, but there should be a turkey bacon or beef/turkey sausage option available. My husband couldn't eat the bacon nor pork sausage that was available.

Was there on a weekend. Large group of middle school athletes and coaches took over the facility. Noise really didn't bother me much in my room, but the lobby was taken over completely, as was the breakfast room as they enjoyed their takeout dinner. Next a.m., had to skip my breakfast benefit. Good location, but because of the other major booking, not sure paying for one Sat. night was worth the price!
