The people were really nice.

I didn't like the young Indian girl, she was rude.

I loved that it smelled clean and it was very clean.

The only thing I didn't like is the people smoking at the entrance of the Hotel. And the breakfast lady she seemed angry that we were there. I said good morning and she just looked at me weird. And didn't answer. I was a little embarrassed we were on our way to work so my husband and I just got some toast and some fruit and a yogurt for the road. But she seemed angry. Sorry if we offended her for whatever reason.

We booked our room on line with Booking.com. It was convenient BUT we were not aware that they Charged us $14.95 per night for using their services. If I had known that I would not have used them. Due to the extra charge it caused a hardship for us because we budgeted for our trip. WE Will Never Use BOOKING.Com ever. Never ever and we have told our friends and family not to use your services because they will sock you with extra charges that in my opinion are higher than they should be. I would like a refund for the extra charge I had to pay.

The bed was really comfortable & the pillows were great. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The laundry room door was left open & available for use.

It looked to be a rough area. The building had huge stains all over the front of it. The room I was in needs a good cleaning. There were ants on the seat by the window. The shower had moldy stains at the top & ceiling. The elevator made a lot of noise when it was moving, that was a bit scary.

How clean it was, compared to my last four trips. This Hotel was outstanding, compared to my stay at the Clarion, Roadway, and studio 6, Red Roof Inn. And the staff was excellent. And the breakfast had make your own waffles 😊

All places have something wrong, the only thing I would have addressed was the construction. But, other than that the place is inexpensive and well worth the money spent. So, MICROTEL Hotel keep up the awesome work

The stay was great, nice staff only one concern, we had to make a $30 security deposit and at check the next morning deposit was supposed to be credited back to my charge card however the credit is still pending. I called later in the same day and spoke with Vincent and he checked to see the problem and he told me the credit was pending with the card processing company and he told me if credit was not issued by Monday 11/27/23 to call him back, this is my concern about our stay

The room was very clean and up to date. We enjoyed the pool. The grounds around the property were in great condition. Bed was very comfortable.

No microwave in the room. The space was a little crowded. (Location of fridge was rather inconvenient.) There was very little that we didn't like about the place. A little more variety in the breakfast would have been nice. (Like eggs, etc.)

Convenient. They had hot chocolate! 24/7. Yay!!!! That was great because we don't drink coffee or tea. It was a very nice, average place to stay, and the average price reflected this. Great breakfast. Excellent staff!

It was ok ... nothing great. Hallway and room smelled musty. Room was very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.

very nice staff who were always on duty and who were very helpful. 24/7 coffee in lobby was nice. clean and spacious lobby. good overhead lighting in room over beds.

third floor and shower didn't get hot water very well at all. also bathroom walls needed painting. breakfast could have included hard boiled eggs.

Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Room clean and nice layout. Comfy bed

No hot breakfast as advertised bc they were awaiting shipment which we saw being unloaded when we were leaving. Toiletry items some looked used shampoo, etc. non smoking room had faint smell of old smoke.
