More coffee packets & have sugar+ non-dairy creamer or option to get from lobby? TV remotes not functioning? Maybe have written instructions on how to use.... No hangars for closet ,,, not problem for us tho One lamp has loose shade holder and flickers when on Need a hook for handheld showerhead, water spreads beyond shower curtain, possibly also have towel floormat for stepping out dafely

The room was very spacious. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had some trouble programming the TV I called them they helped you right over the phone fixed it right there. The facilities were easy access in and out and it is very well-located. The bathroom was clean the bed was clean had new sheets and clean linen. The towels were clean very thick and luxurious towels like the ones I have at home. There was a full stove and oven microwave and full size refrigerator with the freezer in the room. The room was very clean when I arrived the bathroom was clean. The kitchen area was very clean and stocked with plates cups saucers cutlery cooking utensils pots pans skillets.

There was a little confusion at first because you don't receive a key you receive a room number and a code there are no keys you use your code to go in and out of your room. That took a little getting used to The shower in the bathroom the grout was a little dirty not a lot but a little it could have used a good scrubbing. They could have used some brighter lighting in the room you had to turn on all the lights because it was rather dim . The beds were not as soft as I hoped but they they were adequate adequate.

The Manager and Staff were very accommodating. They recently bought Ocala Suites and was busy renovating/upgrading the suites. I had an issue with the air conditioner not working appropriately and they quickly moved me to another suite and wanted me to feel satisfied with my visit. I would strongly recommend them for short as well as longer term stays. I was very comfortable with my suite

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and consistent. I wouldn't hesitate to return, good value.

This place has the potential to be excellent. The owner seems to respond to criticism by fixing the problems, at least in my room.

I am thankful that my complaint of a sticky floor was addressed as well as other issues from my last review. However, the floor appears clean but is not. Walking on the floor made my feet black and wiping up spatter on the floor created a black paper towel. I don’t know what to bring on my trip because what is on the room is not consistent. I would like to have a list of the minimum items so I can prepare for what is not there. I arrive too late to be able to ask for them.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessities. It was a comfortable stay. My only complaint, which is minor but may matter to some, is the internet was not the strongest. Tv/movies kept buffering. However, I did not get in touch with the staff about it. Kind as they were, I'm sure they would have tried to help the situation. I would recommend Ocala Suites and will use them again if we're ever in the area!

As always it was very clean. Towels were still at laundry but didn't have to wait long until they were brought right to my door. As well as the rollaway bed I rented, which was amazingly comfortable! I love the non hotel, apt like feel of the place. No charge for early check-in and staff is friendly and helpful.

I've been staying here off and on for awhile and really don't have any dislikes yet. Have not had a single problem.

The manager, Brandon was amazing and so helpful. Beautifully remodeled and worth the price. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat at Lee's Chicken just around the corner. The chicken pot pie was exceptionally good as well as the crispy, spicy chicken. It's not too spicy, Just flavorful. I will be staying here again soon.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable suite. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, and thick, soft, absorbent towels. Shower was very clean with great water pressure and hot water. Safe, quiet location.

Could have a fitted sheet that stays put on the mattress. Could use one more pillow to make 4 total. An nightstand for the other side of the bed.

I liked the fact that the water was nice and hot, and the rooms were nice and clean, also I had Maid Service after each day, when the big chains no longer do that anymore. I also had my choice of upstairs or downstairs. TV's were very huge

Their Internet was quite slow, I wish they had a better contract for that since most people use streaming services. There also is only 1 lock on the door, no 2nd lock that I noticed.
