We have been here before and have enjoyed each time the breakfast and happy hour are excellent

I had booked online and received a book price. After getting there there were a lot of extra charges. Was not happy with that. I want to see this stuff up front. I want to see the final number as most hotels do that was disappointing

The breakfast had such a wide variety of things to eat. The omelettes were really good and the fresh Mickey waffles were also good too. Enough food to make you full until the afternoon.

The situation with not having a room available for what I booked was upsetting. Also booking charged me for said room even though the property expressed they’re are a pay on site only hotel.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was awesome. The room was larger than we expected and there was daily cleaning. The best part of this hotel was the inclusive breakfast, you had access to a buffet and a variety of beverages at no extra cost. There was also a complimentary snack in the afternoons.

The downside to this hotel is that the hotel shuttle to disney is limited and not available for some parks, so you have to first take the shuttle to the available park and then find your way to your desired park. We had to use Uber most of the time. Another downside is the non-availability of Beef for non-pork eaters. The only protein served throughout our stay was pork.

Loved the theming. Loved that the room consisted of a living room and bedroom and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, especially the omelette bar. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

We stayed for four days and housekeeping never came until the day before we checked out. I didn’t expect beds to be made but we need trash removed and coffee replaced. We got coffee and towels ourselves but were disappointed that trash wasn’t picked up.

Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi. The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard! Breakfast in very pleasant to start the day! Has all the breakfast food you would want and delightful omelette specialty cooks ready to take your order!

Paying for parking but I guess that normal now. It used to be free years ago. Kids in the jacuzzi. The gathering area past the lobby is a little sterile. Very business like. I really liked it when they used to have the plants and little stream in there. Probably too hard to take care of I imagine. Maybe add colors in that area.

This hotel is excellent for families. The small kids swim area was perfect for toddlers, the indoor outdoor pool and hot tub were great. There was a cigar lounge, billiards area, playground for the kids and a basketball court. There is a lot of on site things to do to keep a family entertained. Oh yeah, the breakfast was tasty and filling. The breakfast area was kept up nicely. In the accommodation were clean and seem sterile. The bed and pillows were just right for my husband and I. There was a twist to this Embassy Suites. They had an annex / pool view rooms. These rooms were facing the pool and not on the inside of the building like the traditional ES. All in all I would stay again.

The amenities were not kept. The billiards table was old and the sticks had fallen apart, the table and balls were faded. The on ground tile pavers were wobbling and a toddler even managed to pick one up.

Daniel at the front desk had such an amazing attitude even tho they were having a little rough time with the housekeeping and the rooms being delayed for check in. He made sure to keep his professionalism and positive attitude. LOVED the breakfast!!!

I wish that the hotel had an arcade for the kids to play in, and that we need to pay $20 parking PER night which other hotels already have it all included.

The property within itself the pool with the kids water slide and the gazebo area lovely atmosphere I liked everything about the property the rooms,breakfast, and pool area

There was nothing not to like very vey family oriented except t should be a base parking rate of 60.00 or less for guest and not a daily rate of 25.00 unless staying one night

Facility was clean. Breakfast was amazing. Bartenders were great!

The only thing I didn't like was a problem with booking.com and not the actual facility. The wording on the room description is all wrong so I thought I booked a room that doesn't even exist. Very misleading and because I was traveling with 8 people we were very uncomfortable packed in one room

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol
