The room was large and somewhat clean. There was coffee and tv, fridge and microwave. Ac was cold. The staff was great! Seemed safe and quiet. The bathroom was huge and tub was new.

There were burn holes in blankets in both beds and a cigar pack left under a chair. Floor was a little dirty. Pool and spa were not working and were advertised as working.

Nice and quiet area. Across the street from a police substation. Close to gas stations and restaurants.

There was mold behind the toilet on the wall and tiles and also on the tiles in the tub and the elevator reeked of urine

The room was very clean, comfy bed, every nice. No room service was needed & housekeeping was amazing. Very friendly front desk worker. The young lady was very well mannered.

The breakfast, wasn’t much to choose from, but it’s okay.

The pool was unfortunately closed, the staff member told us they are waiting for the city to inspect the pool since they just redid the tile.

Sharon; at the front desk, was SOOOOOO nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hotels, motels, etc., need to have this lady hold clssess on how to be the ideal front desk clerk. Quality Inn and Suites, you need to do whatever you can to keep this lady "on the payroll". Now, the room? Very well-priced. Also it was VERY nice, clean and well maintained. The grounds? Also, VERY nice and maintained. The location? Very convenient to I-95. My wife and I spent the night here before we left to attend the Daytona 500. NOTHING could have been better. Needless to say, we WILL be back..."Thank you Quality Inn and Suites"!

There wasn't one thing I did not like...EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL!

Our room was clean, the kids loved swimming in their pool, it’s located in a nice area, convenient to shopping, and 20 minutes from Jacksonville Beach.

Their Wi-Fi is currently not working well and their website advertised a gym which they don’t have, and their hot tub is broken.

The clerk at front desk was so nice and polite. If I needed anything he was more than happy to assist.

The room could have been cleaner. There was spider webs and fridge was froze over. But over all we had great time!!

Yeah but it is sad. It was closed pool and need mop floors and smell molded air and it was cranking ceilings and needs to air freshener

I had a recent stay at this location and I have been back multiple times. The staff is friendly and kind.
