Great location and decently priced for the 4 of us. It was close to Solvang which we were going to the following day. It's also super close (by car) to the brewery. Just needed it for one night. The staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. When we first went into the room, it smelt like it was recently cleaned-which was appreciated. The room did what we needed, to have 2 beds and a bathroom. The noise outside wasn't bad at all, we hardly heard anything.

A mini fridge would've definitely made this review a 10. I did see a review stating that they had to get a 2 bed in order to get a fridge, but my 2 bed room didn't have one. Not sure if it's for rooms that are staying more than a night, so to keep our food cold, we had to put ice in a bag cooler. The beds did take up most of the room and it seems like it needs an updated a/c. There wasn't a little light to leave on for the night, they were all super bright and couldn't leave the bathroom light on because the vent was very loud.

Everything! I love this Motel 6! The location is quiet with incredible views of the mountains and gorgeous trees surrounding the well-maintained lot. Within walking distance to Albertson's grocery store, ATM, shopping, ostrich and emu sanctuary (you can feed them!), Firestone Walker Brewing Company and restaurant, Pea Soup Andersons and other restaurants including A.J. Spurs and The Hitching Post featured on the movie "Sideways."

The location to the freeway and near by dinning areas allow for a great stay. Clean rooms, fresh linens, and great value was worth the booking.

Unfortunately, being able to hear the exterior environment and the old air conditioning system made for a somewhat restless night. The room was just a little tight in space but manageable.

Appreciated the free coffee. Also the fact they did not offer cleaning during the stay, as I brought my pets so did not want to be disturbed.

The floor was not swept so I had to do so for my pets safety.

Friendly professional staff. Very well lit exterior at night. Clean linens and clean soft towels and wash cloths.

First room we stayed in could use a bathroom remodel. Tile floor and walk-in shower OLD and grout looks horrible!

Downstairs room. I cant do stairs and it was easy staying with our dogs. The big bathtub was very satisifying to relax and soak in. Liked netflix as a selection on the t.v.

It was hard for everyone to more around the room at once. Not enough walk way space between furniture. No frig. Or microwave.

Location was good, it’s a few mins away from Solvang. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room could have been cleaner. Some stains on the ceiling and bathroom walls. The front door from the inside needed some cleaning as well.

We were provided with a clean and comfortable room. Check-in process was fast. The hotel is located close to a shopping center (with a supermarket, gas stations and many places to eat).

We got noise from the freeway. Light sleepers may want to request a room not facing the freeway. Ammenities were on the low side (seems like double rooms with a single bed do not come with a microwave, fridge and other electronics) but this seems to be the norm nowadays. Come prepared!

Good location, lots of nearby restaurants and shops, ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff on 24 hour reception desk - I was given some good recommendations for nearby wineries to visit, where to have dinner and they kindly rang my next hotel for me as I was having issues contacting them.

Great location heaps of food places and supermarket near by. It is just a room and bathroom with no fridge or kettle but is great value for a night stop over
