This was our first time staying here and we had an amazing time! We came for Christmas and were checked in by Grace, she was so sweet and amazing. She gave us a beautiful room that allowed us to see the fireworks at Disney land. And gave us a few other special goodies! She made our stay amazing, and we can't wait to come back. The room was cute, and the whole place was comfortable and beautiful. The staff were all great no matter where you went and when I lost my ring in the lazy river it was found and quickly brought back to me by the lifeguards. Absolutely amazing place 10/10.

No complimentary bfast for a $470/night room. :( the room is not upgraded like usb ports. No complimentary bottled waters. Not worth the price or it’s too pricey. The water park is so fun but i wanted to ride the surf but it was closed. Most of the restaurants are closed too we have to leave the hotel to get some food but they let us bring our food from outside which is good.

No Complimentary bfast and complimentary bottled waters in our room. We have to go to the vending machine that charge us $3/bottle. The $470/night should also have complimentary bfast.

This was my first experience at GWL! I liked how they thought of everything for the kids. I liked to water park, ice cream parlor, pizza restaurant and of course the morning breakfast buffet was excellent.

Long line for check in. The person that assisted us at chek in asked if it was our first time and I said yes. She didn't explain the whole process of checking in/out of the hotel. I didn't know that we are automatically checked out at 11am. I also paid for the breakfast buffet for my family and she didn't give me the voucher. She called my room later in thr night and asked me to come pick it up at the front desk. I was already tired and had already showered and was ready for bed and I had to walk downstairs to get the voucher. She should have brought it up to us in the room since she forgot to give it to me.

We loved the atmosphere, the whole vibe with all the kids being around, the staff, and of course the activities for the kids, it was really like a resort of itself!

It maybe need a little refreshment, concerning the carpet, the upholstery of the sofas …

The room was very clean I thought it was spacious and the staff was very courteous

The towel return staff one member was extremely rude and called us ignorant for not knowing to return the towels To them not to put it in the bin like I did when I noticed I let them know what I did and that’s when he called us ignorant

I love that the place is all about kids and everything that you need is there from food, snacks, and even bars. Lol

I didn't like that the bars close early. Usually parents deal with the kids all day and would like to relax a bit after the kids are put to bed.

Checkin was incredibly slow. I did the self check in, which I waited in line for, and then the machine timed out and made me go wait in another line. It took an hour for us to check in. Otherwise, stay was great. Kids love the water park.

Great water park and gaming facilities, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free wolf ears

Would have liked a hot tub in the water park area. Charged me $50Aus on my credit card days after we left for a pool towel we didn’t return but we did. Had to make a trip back there to sort it out. Pizza was expensive

Overall, I liked everything. Clean, fast, convenient. The room is normal, but there are some small problems with the furniture and the toilet (curtain fastenings, crooked taps, etc.)

At first my door wouldn’t open from my wristband and I had to make a few trips back and forth to the front desk while leaving my young kids and bags unattended in front of the room. At first I was told it was the door and to wait for an engineer to fox, then I went back up and they told me it wasn’t the door, it was my wristband and that I had to go back down for a new one. It would also be nice if some plastic cutlery was included in the room and maybe some bottled water.
