The woman that checked me in should take a class In hospitality cause she definitely was not the friendliest.. The coffee in the room was gross and Everytime I went downstairs to get coffee in reception only the dark blend was available, the kite roast was empty all morning

I loved how clean and spacious the room was. I also love that they used environmentally conscious brands. I especially love that there is a microwave and a fridge in the room, made it very convenient.

I didn’t like that the doors slam close so easily that when the neighbors come in and out of their rooms, it was incredibly loud. We must have had neighbors who were smokers because the door slamming occurred 4 to 5 times throughout the night and each time the door slammed close, it would jolt us awake. We are not even light sleepers; it was that loud!

Location was easy to find, lots of options for breakfast, coffee was fresh and delicious. Free parking for the win! Good checkout time, many hotels are 11am, so thanks! I like the dispensers for toiletries--less waste. Staff was very friendly. I was surprised to get a text from the front desk after I checked in, but it felt personalized and was a real live person 😁

It was clean and friendly and the bed was comfortable. I was able to bring my dog, as well.

On my check out day (check out at 12:00) the housekeeping knocked twice even though I advised I would check out at 12:00 the 1st time. I was working on a project and couldn't finish.

The staff was exceptional. Jennie who checked us in was so kind to accomodate us. Emily herself went to our room to help with tv problem. Carmen was working so hard to make sure the breakfast dining was always full and clean.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Staff weee honest. I forgot my poich wirh money, credit cards drivers licence and spoke wirh Elizzabeth in the drint desk and she said that the properry will mail it to me since i live in Los Angeles.

Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the cozy vibe of the eating/lounge area. Pool was small, but nice. Loved the hot tub. Liked the quiet room AC. Loved the black out curtains.

They need a fan in the bathroom.

Location and the rooms were spacious and bright and cheerful.

I was shocked that the television with all the choices of channels to watch did not include the Golf channel which is now considered the best sport along with football.

We almost always try to find a Hampton Inn when we travel and we have stayed there in Fresno a number of times. I would say: cleanliness, comfort, nice breakfast buffet and conveniently located to access our family when we visit.

There's nothing negative to say. I always enjoy staying at the Hampton.
