Location was good and close to big malls, gas stations, restaurants, but quiet. Breakfast was either a buffet or an by menu. I was able to get a late checkout, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Checkin was slow and there was no luggage cart available to move our suitcases. Staff at breakfast asked for our room number about 6 times, and seemed to have trouble being sure the breakfast was already included in our bill. Also if you paid for breakfast, you could have the buffet or order a la carte, but could not have the buffet and then order an omelet. Seemed odd.

I really like the option to order from the menu or choose the buffet. There was excellent fresh fruit choices. The staff provided good customer service. The muffins were delicious

The baked goods were pretty basic, not fresh. Muffins refrigerated and other items not very appetizing. Limited tea bag selection. The seating in the eating area was stained. Only one staff to bus and clean all the tables.

What I didn't like was kids running up and down the hallways knocking on the room door and taking off running, I feel they should have postings on the wall on each floor letting parents and kids know this is unacceptable behavior ( they knocked on then the door at least 3 and 4 times up and down the hallways each time I opened the door they took off running, that's when I finally complained to the staff..

Clean, quiet, plenty of clean towels. Good TV, small microwave, small fridge worked well. Keurig coffee maker. AC/heat good Good elevator. All good and comfortable, but nothing spectacular.

Housekeeping by request only unless staying 5 days or more. Enough towels were supplied for several days though. Perhaps in an effort to avoid paper, there were no instructions or info for anything. The AC thermostat took a bit of work to figure out. There was no menu or info for the room service. I guess everything could be found online if needed.

The room was nice sized and well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was grateful there is on-site dining facilities after a long drive. The menu is limited and the food adequate but the service was fast and friendly.

A machine-made espresso drink is $5.00 and is really was not that good. The machine is located in the lobby. Users need to notify the desk that they are using the machine to be charged the $5.00, otherwise....... Sounds from adjoining rooms were obvious. The water noise especially loud.

Was a quiet location, extremely clean and comfortable. Location to my work and downtown Ventura was convenient. My wife was able to work from the hotel while I was at my facility. Wifi was good and fast. Lots of options within 3-5mi for food, groceries, etc.

I appreciated the attendant at the desk who gave me the proper attention. Even though there was another customer attempting to stop her work with me and be attended to without waiting. She handled it very professionally.

I didn't like that I did not book for more days! Will be doing so in the near future.

My sisters and I kept coming to stay at this hotel while my dad had brain surgery at the hospital near by. It was really easy to get to, the breakfast was hot and perfect and checkin was quick. We liked that we could have a drink at the end of the day and reset for the next.

The location was great, right off the freeway with easy access. The hotel room was very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were nice, as well as drinking water to refill my water containers.

Rooms can use a little freshening up visually. Seemed a little dark.

Clean, comfortable room. Good AC. Right off the 101. No complaints!

I didn’t have anything at the restaurant, but wished there was more food a la carte instead of spending the fee for the breakfast buffet. I just wanted a banana but they were part of the breakfast and not available for purchase.
