Almost everyone there was exstremely nice. Security was wonderful. Front desk was very nice. Really there were only two things that bother me and those were the location (it was in a less than nice neighbor hood, and the man that answered the phone when I called from my room. other than that everything was great.

It seemed like it cost a lot for what we got. The place was very hard to get into and I requested a shower chair because I am disabled and I ended up changing rooms, and they didnt offer a 3 person handicap room, the man that answered the phone whne I called down was almost rude about it when I ask if we could have a shower chair brought up he said "Shower chairs are only for our handcap rooms. So it did no good to ask for one with reservations, I ended up going and buying my own. So that was no fun. And asking if I would stay there again I am not sure the price makes me feel like I could have gotten a better room closer to the event, for maybe just a little more.

The breakfast was very good and overall the hotel was great value. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk accommodated our request for early check-in and the extra fee was fair and reasonable. We were very tired from the travel and were able to catch up on sleep before our cruise the next day.

There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway snd some in the room. At least everything was clean.

Breakfast was much better than I imagined. Nothing fancy or out of this world, just, simply better than what I thought. The bed was quite comfortable and the room felt somehow cozy. Blackout curtains worked great.

They don't have contactless payment method and the swipe reader did not work with any of my international/mexican cards. This was horrible because it was very late and we had to look for an ATM to pay for our room.

Great location for a pre cruise stay. Friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Quick trip from Long Beach airport, even quicker to the cruise port. Good value.

Location is right next to the freeway, so it is noisy if it bothers you. It doesn't bother me. The entrance can be a little tricky to see depending on your direction of approach.

The location is so great. Highway available quickly. A good location to avoid to change hotel many times to visit LA Room very clean and useful for family trip

the location to the World Cruise Terminal is excellent, ten minutes by Uber. It's staff is very friendly. They offer breakfast from 6A to 10A, it's the normal premade breakfast foods. Coffee and Tea are available in the lobby.

If your room faces the front, there is a lot of traffic noise. Can be disturbing to some. This was my second time around and I was given a room that faces the back.

Staff was friendly and I was able to leave my luggage while I waited for my room to get ready. Staff also helped when I needed a copy of my luggage tags for my cruise. Other people from the cruise were there.

There was not much to do near the hotel within walking distance. There is a park a few blocks away.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi, where we spend most of our time. Breakfast was decent but less options. They had scrambled eggs, which I like and waffles. Free coffee at the reception was the game changer.

There was nothing around in the vicinity except Danny’s. We thought it’s near long beach cruise terminal but it wasn’t.

I like that there weren’t any surprises - For me, that’s important when booking a hotel. I got exactly what I paid for and the kind staff was just the extra cherry on top.

A little outdated but I’m not complaining - I know what I was booking when I booked the room.

Nice king sized bed. Staff friendly and helpful.
