Front desk staff was welcoming, particularly Sy (not sure if I spelled that correctly), who greeted us upon arrival. She was warm, professional and accommodating. The King Non-Smoking room was spacious, clean, and thankfully did not have any scent of strong deodorizers/cleaning products. The breakfast was basic but a nice gesture; coffee available most of the time in the lobby was an appreciated touch. Parking lot was large and seemed safe. We liked that there were cameras mounted in many areas. Road noise from the nearby highway was not as disruptive as I thought it might be. Lots of towels of various sizes. Bed was comfy. Lots of table top space. Many TV channels to choose from. The price was very reasonable considering close proximity to casinos. We were visiting family but often get caught up in casino rates - we were pleased with the value here. Very conveniently located.

I smelled pot faintly a few times - including from our bathroom vent it seemed. May not bother some people but we are sensitive to it.

The hotel double booked our room that we originally requested, so the night clerk who checked us in, Kawail, was super generous and gave us a double upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.... Even tho we didn't use it, it was nice to know it was there if we wanted to. The room was really nice. Even tho the hotel was packed, it was very quiet.

The rooms could use some updates. We know there was a pipe burst, but we don't know when that happened. But the walls could use better fixing, and a new paint job. The carpets were a bit worn, the table in our room was really wobbly. But other than that everything was great.

Great, reasonably priced room. Kind and friendly staff. The jetted tub was so nice...too. Oh, and the breakfast potatoes!

Would love to see more lighting in the entirety of the parking lot. Proteins at breakfast could be a little better... maybe scrambled eggs instead of the overcooked fried ones. Maybe bacon and sausage instead of just sausage? But I might have been too late for bacon...we did come down at the end of breakfast. Also the front door is slower to open than AOL dial up from 1995. Completely personal preference, but more Pepsi products please.

The facilities worked quickly and efficiently with any issues that presented themselves. The staff assisting with checking/checking out we're very efficient and accommodating as well.

Another shower curtain for the shower to prevent water getting out and/or a designated bin for used towels would be appreciated.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size and very clean. It is very close to the Mohegan Sun and was the best value around.

The air conditioning system broke down in the common area--the lobby, bar, front desk area. It was a very, very hot humid day and night. The front door had to remain open. Despite the poor conditions the staff was very courteous. It was a Saturday. Nothing could be done until a service rep could respond. I was really impressed by how well the staff handled this inconvenience. This problem did not extend to the guest floors or rooms. It was a very uncomfortable work situation and the staff was nothing but wonderful.

Room was clean; beds were comfortable; included complimentary breakfast; room had plenty of easily-accessible electrical outlets for charging phones & other devices; Front Desk staff was friendly; and the property was convenient from/to the highway.

The complimentary breakfast was closed down too early. We went for breakfast at 10:00AM, an hour before Checkout time. But the juice dispenser had already been shutoff and there was no butter, cream cheese, or milk available. And by 10:20 all food items had been removed. Moreover, it was not posted in the room or Lobby that breakfast was available only until 10:15.

When reviewing it's important to compare apples to apples. It other words you don't compare a standard mid-size car with a luxury mid-size car. This facility was excellent considering the value. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of items. Again, apples to apples. The heated pool was warm and clean. The exercise room was small but adequately equipped with modern equipment. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location was great. Quiet and easily accessible to major roads and nearby entertainment centers.

The Air conditioner was dripping a little water on the rug but was quickly remedied when mentioned at the desk. Likewise, at one point there was slight (slow) drainage problem in the tub that was also taken care of immediately. So never any real issues.

Comfortable clean and great staff. We came in fairly late and I have a foot injury so i do not walk the best, the front desk clerk spoke to us and asked if we were OK I read this as they were ensuring my safety as I was walking a bit off. The bed was cozy and lots of plows. Clean everywhere, friendly staff. Conveniently located to highway.

1. We would have liked to enjoy the pool in the AM before checkout however the pool hours are 10am to 10pm and checkout was 11 so we were not able to. 2. There were lots of options for the continental breakfast but the packaged plastic ware was very cheap and broke when using it to cut sausage, there were bagels however nothing to cut them with to allow to toast them.
