The man working at night check in was SO nice. We booked last minute on Booking and because it was past midnight Booking hadn’t sent over our reservation. After a long day and a messed up flight we were all exhausted. He went the extra mile to retrieve the info from Booking and plug it in himself. Our room was so clean, and breakfast was hot. We will try to find a Comfort Suites in any location we travel now!

I do wish they’d offer strawberries and whipped cream for their pancakes during breakfast. Especially because their waffles are so iconic. Also, the shuttle bus driver to the airport was horrible. He only stops at one place, and there’s no signage to tell you where he stops. So if it’s late and you’re tired and you don’t see your hotel on his shuttle while he’s passing you, you’re out of luck. We missed him probably 3 times waiting. Luckily another hotel shuttle bus driver took pity on us and took us to our hotel.

Everything was great. Tyler welcomed me upon arrival and was very pleasant. The room was great. Especially having a small frig and microwave if someone would have leftovers. I didn't need these items but a bonus to have. The breakfast had many options to pick from. This is a great bonus to have at a hotel. The airport shuttle in the AM was every half hour making it easy to getting you off and traveling. I would stay at this property again.

In booking the hotel it was listed as 0.6 miles from the airport. It was further than that. This would not stop me from staying there in the future if needed. My stay was due to a flight issue and I needed to overnight in DEN. The food items that were available from the hotels vending frigs were VERY EXPENSIVE. It would be nice if hotels don't nickel and dime theses things. Most travelers that are purchasing frozen meals is if they really need to. The hotel is charging 5-7 times the normal/standard price is disappointing. Have the prices more reasonable and the travelers will appreciate that and you may sell more.

Spacious 2 queen beds room, with sectional couch! Very clean! Delicious big hot breakfast! Great staff! On time Airport shuttle! Will recommend to friends & family! Pool was fun and all the amenities were 10+. Thank you for the great experience for our weekend vacation in Denver!

The rooms need a trash can in the bathroom & one next to each bed. Our room only had one near the desk. Beautiful room, just need a few more trash cans in the room.

The staff was great. We had many issues starting with our toilet was clocked,the gril at the front desk came up and did what she could but she was the only worker on the site, we had to wait till 9 o’clock to have a maintenance man to come fix it. That would have been fine but we have a 4am flight and it was very inconvenient. Also the reason we picked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. We checked in at 730pm was told we were on the list. At 3am we checked and we were not on the list and the shuttle was completely book. We had to order a Uber at 3am luckily we were on time for our flight. We were traveling with a 6 year old and our elderly mom. All of which made it very difficult. Plus the extra money going out was very inconvenient

We had a queen suite, so the room was quite spacious. The beds and pillows were great. Very comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, wash cloths and other amenities. There was the ubiquitous little coffee maker. The property is well situated for people flying in and out of DIA. The breakfast was really good. I recommend the cheese omelets, breakfast biscuits and sausage patties. Excellent coffee was available as well.

The room was showing some age with carpet pulling away from the walls in several places, but that doesn't affect your rest. There was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll, so my wife went to the front desk to get some. There are no curtains to shut out the light from the parking lot, so the room wasn't completely dark. The refrigerator was noisy, and it seemed to run all night. I should have unplugged it and moved it to the shower. The desk clerk failed to inform us we needed to make a reservation for the morning airport shuttle. Fortunately, the day desk clerk called in a second shuttle to accommodate us getting to the airport on time.

The spa tub was huge and perfect for our family. Our family of 4 missed a connecting flight and it helped to entertain the kids and relax the parents. Without our luggagge we didn't have our swimsuits with us and couldn't take advantage of the pool, so we opted for a spa tub and it was great.

The microwave was falling apart. The rubber plug to the tub was nearly impossible to pull up to drain the water. You could see damage to the area around the drain where others (like us) tried to use any tool they could come up with (we tried a toothbrush) to pry it off. We eventually just left it full. Also, for the price, the breakfast was ok but not as stocked or diverse as other places. Still pretty good though.

Everything was wonderful. The lady at the desk was nice and changed my room for me when requested. The lemon water and tea set up was nice, breakfast was nice, rooms were great, everything was great.

The only problem was the airport shuttle did not come to pick us up. We waited for about an hour. Luckily another man, Matt, who was going to a different hotel dropped us off. He was so nice it made up for Comfort Inn's shuttle not getting us.

The service was really great, they were all very kind and understanding, the room was in good condition as well and the pool was very clean

the breakfast could have been a little better and i wish it had better options for hot food, and i wish i would have known i would’ve had to pay for parking but other than that it was good experience.

The breakfast was great ! They offered waffles , eggs, potato’s and sausage every day . My child loved the pool I loved that it was off of Tower road that had everything you needed on that stretch of road as long as you had transportation.

We were on the ground floor , we had a few spiders here and there .

Our stay started with catching the shuttle from the airport, which was easy. Our shuttle driver was great, with a recommendation to reserve our shuttle back to the airport when we checked in. Our room was roomy and clean with everything we could possibly need. There was a roomy bathroom, a living room area, and a comfy bed, with a desk and big television. The complimentary breakfast was generous and good. I would recommend this as an airport hotel.

There were some restaurants and convenient stores nearby and there was also food provided in an a la carte pantry in the lobby, which I appreciated, but it still seemed kind of hard to grab something I wanted to eat when we got in ~8pm.
