Everyone was very helpful. My son was sick the 2nd day there very bad, I went down to the shop to see if they had some flu medicine which I didn’t see any and the manager was there. He helped me sooo much and gave me great directions to Walgreens about a mile out and went into the cooler/fridge and asked what flavor of Gatorade he likes and gave me a bottle of Gatorade for my son and wished him well. The next day my son was feeling much better after taking NyQuil and resting all day and night before. We went to get breakfast and he recognized me right away and greeted me and my son thanked him for the Gatorade and stopped to talked to him. He was so nice and friendly. Everyone was! The room was a lot nicer and bigger than I originally thought, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lil different every day but delicious. Myself, my husband my 18yr old daughter and 15yr old son stayed for 3days originally and loved it so much we decided to stay another day for a small spring break getaway. Would absolutely go back!

There’s nothing bad that I can honestly say about this property. They let me switch cards from what I originally used to reserve it with. When I got there they had no problem accepting my debit card instead of a credit card. They were awesome!

The facilities were excellent ie the large room size made it possible for my friend and I to put our cases on the floor. We were travelling from Australia and so had large cases. Some rooms in other hotels only have room for two beds and no space for luggage. I appreciated being able to use the gym and having access to the pool.

I was expecting that the location was closer to Denver downtown but I have not been to Denver before and didn't understand the road network and that we would be close to major roadways. This was great for access by car but it wasn't appealing to go for a walk.

Solid standard continental breakfast, great location (downtown isn’t far away at all, a bus ride/train ride for around 30mins combined gets you to downtown for around $7.50, the city also has awesome free bike paths/walk ways with pretty views if you want to take a unique path and see the city from different perspectives.

The weight room bench could be replaced but I was still able to get a great workout in before checking out with the setup they currently have.

Decently priced, nice amount of space, and clean. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and took really great care and pride with keeping the space stocked and clean.

Breakfast wasnt the best, but it's complimentary so I am grateful for the sustenance none the less. Personally I'd have really enjoyed a fruit option. The waffle maker was a nice consolation prize and thoroughly enjoyed and loved by my kids!

It was a great suite. The hot breakfast was also good too.

When we first arrived there was a Crack in the shower tile walls. When we checked out we reported it to the front desk, hopefully they don't charge us for it. The crack was there when we got in. The elevators were hot.

It was ok. Potatoes Wasn't good. Needed some boiled eggs. Powdered eggs were not so good. Need another coffee brand. Coffee was too watered down. Didn't taste like coffee. Breakfast was the only thing I didn't care for

Great location in the center of Denver. To go 5 miles takes you 40 mins some days. We had a room with two green beds and a fold out with the kitchenette. Although we did not use the kitchenette. It was a nice feature to have. Did use the phone and the laundry facility while they're there.

Although it's not the staff in facilities fault. But the people that stayed there over the Taylor Swift concert damaged a few items. The staff was waiting for them fixed.

The experience is always great it has everything that I need and I am welcomed from check in to out and rooms clean beds comfortable everything works I will continue to come back I never leave without satisfaction keep the good work up Thank You !

I like that the room was spacious and comfortable,it was well stocked with utensils and a lot of handy things, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean

One of the neighbors downstairs,besides that everyone was friendly even the raider fans

The property was in a good location. It is not downtown yet is close enough (not walking though). The indoor swimming pool is convenient just in case it snows. The stove, the dishes, the microwave and the refrigerator 🙌 were extremely convenient. Most of my family’s meals were cooked in the hotel.

It’s not the property yet the Denver public school bus barn next door. At approximately 5am the buses honk their horn multiple time.
