The hotel is clean and cozy. It is located close, within walking distance, to some nice restaurants and within easy driving distance to downtown Boston and other areas. There are lots of good restaurants within in a 10-15 minute drive.

The breakfast was adequate; some basic bagels, muffins, and croissants. The ceiling of the room had titles with some gray etchings; these made it look dirty, almost like mold. I know it was just the title designs but it was still off putting.

It was close to the subway. The room was clean, and the view was great. Fabulous fitness center! Best I’ve seen in many places!!

The room was very small. The breakfast was mediocre at best. No hot food (except you could toast a bagel). Muffins and coffee cake were standard. They did have hard boiled eggs but no other protein. The staff were not too helpful regarding places to eat in the neighborhood. The restaurant and bar were being renovated.

I loved how attentive the staff is. They text you and if you have an issue, they rapidly call to fix it. For example, when I got into my 1st room, I received a text asking how I like the room. I mentioned how our neighbour was loud. They called us on the room’s phone and offered to move us. To our surprise, they moved us to a SUITE! It was amazing!

There was dried soap on the shower wall that was not scrubbed.

This was a very nice hotel, great concierge who greeted us on a couple of evenings and a few mornings. The room was small, but adequate and had a great view to the West. Best of all was the location, directly across from the "T" station, so convenient, and there were several nice restaurants nearby.

I was disappointed the rooftop restaurant was undergoing some construction and was closed.

Great location! Unfortunately their reataurant/lounge were down for renovation. But they offered a $15 voucher for a nearby restaurant.

While I appreciated the snacks in the lobby between 6 am and 6 pm, I noticed the snacks were not changed out. It was the same small sweet bites. When I went down around 5 pm, it was the same items I saw around 9 am. Except it now had fruit flies buzzing around.

EVERYTHING I experienced was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!And this is why.Reception Desk:First,they made sure I had a early check in,because I told them it was very important.Second,they originally gave me a room(8th floor)with no view and I asked if I could get a room with a view if possible.I received a room with a view,and on the ninth floor.Third,they were very hospitable and helpful with directions.Food/Restaurant:You have a 5 star chef!Her food is insanely great!Servers:Another perfect 10.Elijah and ALL the servers were polite,efficient,and friendly.I can't wait to go back!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING?

Great hotel, location not great. Close to subway but must take subway or Uber / taxi anywhere be prepared to pay at least 40.00 usd per day in transportation. Subway rides and taxi. Traffic/ parking navigating in this city is difficult parking easily 45-60.00 per day. Invest in hotel closer to attractions / walkable city.

We arrived early unannounced and requested early check in (noon vs 3pm) which they happily accommodated, and quickly. We loved the view! And the red line T station right outside the door is super convenient so we could easily avoid the parking fees. I booked through a third party, but my experience was still great, and I was very happy with the value for the price. It was also really nice that we could open the window in our room, the weather was so beautiful and we really liked being able to let the fresh spring air in.

The on-site restaurant's menu wasn't appealing to us, so we didn't try it. We had planned to try at least the bar on the rooftop but didn't make it during our stay. The lobby and elevators got quite busy at some parts of the day, but did not negatively impact our stay. I really don't have anything bad to say.

Very comfortable stay. Room was not cramped. Had luggage storage which we needed for a few hours after we checked out. Had a complimentary Continental breakfast which was nice to have when we had limited time in which to get breakfast.

Could have used a luggage rack. Also, only one wash cloth was in the room for two people; we had to get another one.

Wonderful location! Right by a red line stop and about a 15 minutes walk into the Seaport. The bed was also comfy! Also we got a room that looked out over the train depot and that was fun and funky.

Just your standard hotel, nothing special but also a really good deal and location! Would definitely stay again!
