I asked the manager if you had a microwave in the lobby. He said yes and when I arrived I found out he put me in a room that had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. He was more than accommodating and went the extra mile without being told. My room was newly remodeled and check in and out was very quick. You can't beat the location three minutes from the beltway. This property is the best and there is no doubts about it.

Room was good and cold. Sleep well. Glad manager changed our room. Minus the roaches.

When I arrived. I was suppose to have 2 beds. The woman wanted to give a room with one bed. She gave me one key for two people. Got to the room, no refrigerator. The phone in the room didn't work.There was no lights on near the stairwells or elevator. A manager gave us a new room and he turned on the lights by the elevators and stairwells. That morning we did notice a few roaches.

The front fesk staff was ver polite and made sure i was comfortable during my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location you close to everything. I will go back

There was no soap tray in the shower.

When I got to my room the vanity light didn't work and the manager. He came and he moved me to another room where everything was working.

The room had a microwave and the Indian guy at the front.

The building needs some sprucing up. It looks a little rundown from the outside. Painting of the building could make a difference.

Checking in was gd no problème

The bathroon wasnt clean housekeeping do not clean the bathroon at all or change the bed if ur staying over night

People next to me little too loud

I always love the king size bed and the staff that night and morning were wonderful.

No door knob on bathroom door and no fridge.
