I enjoyed the comfort of a very clean environment. The moment I checked in, I didn’t approve of the smoking room give. They immediately exchanged my room to an upgrade without notice. My television didn’t work because of the previous guest, plugging up their game box. The maintenance. Crew immediately corrected this issue. It took a few days because the staff had difficulty but they never gave up. This location was perfectly safe, comfortable and convenient. They stayed on top of cleaning as well as, any minor issues that any one could have experienced. It’s totally worth the value of residing here at this facility. I’m impressed.

The other guest was a bit loud during the early morning hours. Nothing to do with staff or the property itself.

Everything was great. Only negative I can say is that the guest staying in the room directly above from me likes to rearrange furniture in the middle of night and that’s a little irritating and not staffs fault. Great staff and the rate was great and I have no complaints. Thank u motel 6 !

Just maybe if the guest above me could be more thoughtful instead of moving furniture in middle of night like every night. Oh and it sucks that there is no microwave to use in lobby. But otherwise the housekeepers are great and staff is awesome! Keep up the good work, it’s the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at!

I can give a few different examples of the great things about the staff at this hotel but for the most part they are always willing to go the extra distance to make the best situation happen and the manager not only has gone out his way to help me nd my fur baby Zoey the whole team is so happy to help and greet you with a nice smile and strong fresh coffee for your morning hustles I definitely recommend this one

Everything is always clean and working and the doggie areas are always cleaned

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property and room were clean. The picture in the app was misleading but it's my fault for not paying attention to the list of amei, no fridge or microwave in the room and no place to hang clothes, but that only bothered my husband. No problem though. For a one night stay we were happy. I was also pleased to see there was no carpet and though it was difficult for our dog to navigate it reduced our stress about having him with us. I forgot to take pictures.

Well, getting in and out of the property wasn't fun. But that's not on the Motel, road construction in Reno is always an ongoing nightmare geared up to make drivers and businesses scream. The area isn't a great area in and of itself. We forgot about the train tracks nearby and it's right off the freeway, so we hadn't considered the noise factor. Earplugs were helpful here. We're familiar with the area having lived in Reno in the past, but people not familiar with it should be made aware to be alert.

I love staying here the staff is very helpful and professional rooms are clean and nice 😊 and beds are nice and comfortable also I love how they remolded the rooms and I will continue to stay here at this motel 6 and will be recommending to all my friends and family

It’s nothing that I don’t like about this facility or the rooms everything was great as always I will say i would love to see is better discounts for travelers who come to work that would be good especially if we are staying for two weeks or more just saying something to think about

Clean and comfortable, neighborhood was just fine and the motel was right at an interstate off ramp, super convenient and quiet enough if you’re on the inside. The outside rooms in the back are quite loud from parking lot traffic but not crazy! And pets stay free no hassles! That’s everything right there for me! Can’t beat that and booking on the booking.com website I paid $20+ less a night including taxes

They have really improved this place. It was super clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Odessa at the front desk makes this place! The whole staff works well together to solve any problems or issues you may have right away. They also have a great security system and keep a watchful eye on the property so never once have we had issues with ourvehicles or trailers here and they keep any riff raff out. They make it a very pleasant and personal stay and you can't beat the price. I wouldn't stay at any other motel 6 in reno. Well worth the stay.

It was exactly what we needed. Affordable, close to the locations we visited, clean & comfortable. Plus, reservations, payment, check in/out were super easy.

Ummm. I got nothing to put here. It was exactly like we expected and what we needed. We've stayed there previously and will stay there again in the future. We have family very nearby.

I arrived at the Motel after a reasonably long ride on my motorcycle. The staff (especially Odessa) were brilliant. I was checked in and in my room in no time. I have stayed at this motel before and was pleased to see it had recently been remodeled. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable - I almost overslept. The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They agreed to look after some of my kit behind the counter until mid-afternoon, which allowed me to visit the Reno Air Races in the morning. I have a list of hotels I stay at in various areas, where I have had good service - this Motel 6 easily makes the list.

room was clean shower pressure was awesome. Hairdryer I picked up from front desk was brand new!

no closet or dresser or extra chair to put anything like my coat or bag on. One hook in the bathroom. I hung my things there. Shower head was very low (and I’m only 5’4’’)! Had to call office for a hairdryer. extra $50 charge on my bank account??? for what?
